Shrikant and his staff did an excellent job providing brunch for our event. We did not have to interact much and they managed everything. We did not have time to do food tasting and not even meet Shrikant but we got good reference from one of our friends and we went with Spice Route Melange. We were very happy with the quality of food and service and would highly recommend Spice Route Melange for large parties!!

Spice Route and Kailash were a huge reason our wedding was such a success! The food was absolutely delicious and received countless compliments from our guests.

I’ve always loved the food at Spice Route, but I was a little worried that catering for a large event might not have the same quality or could end up being too oily. I had absolutely no reason to worry, Kailash had everything handled perfectly. In fact, many guests who regularly dine at the restaurant came up to us and said the food at the wedding was even better than what they had experienced there before.

As a South Indian couple, we wanted to incorporate authentic South Indian dishes into our menu, and Kailash worked closely with us to customize everything. He created an incredible dosa station and added vada, pani puri, sambar, and several other items. Everything was outstanding. My favorite was the vada, it was light, crispy, and perfectly prepared. My husband’s favorite was the masala dosa.

What impressed us even more was Kailash’s flexibility and dedication. We placed additional food orders both the day before and the morning of the wedding for some of our guests, and he was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. The pricing was very reasonable, and Kailash truly works with a variety of budgets without compromising on quality.

Beyond the food, Kailash genuinely cared about helping us have a successful wedding. When he learned that we were struggling to find a venue just three months before our wedding date, he even offered venue suggestions and guidance. That level of care and support went far beyond what we expected from a caterer.

Kailash went above and beyond for us every step of the way, and I have no doubt he will do the same for anyone fortunate enough to work with him. We couldn’t recommend Spice Route and Kailash more highly!

We had 2 events with Spice Route. One was a welcome dinner at Spice Route and the second one was, they catered for the Mehndi event. They were outstanding. Very professional, very easy to work with and they exceeded our expectations. Mr Dhyani is a consummate professional and he ensures customers have a great experience

Shrikant was amazing to work with. He was super responsive and accommodating. The food was amazing and everyone could't stop talking about it. He paid close attention to detail and made all the changes we had asked for from our tasting. He made the process so seamless. He is so polite and friendly. He even accommodated moving everything into another room when I realized cocktail hour was set up into the wrong hall without any hesitation. I cannot recommend this caterer enough. If I could give him higher than 5 stars I would.

The catering manager was very flexible to our requests for catered menu of our choice and offered us a tasting session before the actual event to try out the entrees we wanted. The appetizers along with live station and server passed appetizers on the day of the event were delicious. The entrees and the custom desert were yummy.
