Spice Route made our wedding events absolutely amazing. The food was exquisite and every dish was well made and served in a timely manner. The Gujerati wedding food was authentic and delicious . The Sangeet and Reception meals were amazing and the appetizers were served without any issues at a constant pace.
We were constantly reminded how delicious everything was.

Spice Route was AMAZING as our wedding caterer! Our wedding was April 6th and people are still raving about how tasty the food was.

When choosing the menu, we wanted to pick items that were different and maybe some that people had not had at a wedding. Shreekant uncle was a huge help with this- he prepared a sample menu which got us to the tasting and his tasting menu was equally as amazing. He was also a deciding factor in choosing Spice Route as our caterer. On each call or during each visit, he always asked our opinions and gave advice when we were stuck on a decision. He also has a huge passion for his food which showed in his suggestions and the actual food during the events.

With Spice Route you'll get some wedding classics, but with a totally new flavor profile. The Gobi Manchurian remained just as crispy at the wedding buffet as it was when we tried it at the restaurant. The Mushroom and Pea sabzi was just as tasty and fresh as when we had it at the buffet a few weeks prior. Each item maintained the original flavor.

Advice to couples looking for a caterer:
1. Spice Route will be a HUGE hit!
2. Be vocal about your tastes and preferences early on. It's your wedding day, choose what you like!!

It is a farm wedding and hence we chose bamboo plates initially. Later we changed to china. Shreekant worked with a third party vendor to deliver lunch in the way we wanted. He also meticulously made recommendations to make overall lunch experience far beyond successful.
