Southern Valet and Transportation were awesome to work with! We had to postpone multiple times due to COVID-19, but they were so understandable. Kristy was so sweet and quick to respond every time we had to get in contact. Sean was wonderful to work with! He was organized and ready to pick up the wedding party when we needed (and there was a point where we were ahead of schedule, but he was ready!) There was even a point when the guys were taking photos and the girls waited in the car (AC was our best friend in hot Columbia), and we needed water so badly. Sean drove us to the closest CVS down the road to grab a pack of water before picking the guys back up. It's the little things like that that make you truly appreciate a business like this! They are detail-oriented, compassionate, and so reliable! Thank you for helping us with our travel that day!!!

Prompt and professional company

These guys were so great to work with when coordinating shuttles to my wedding. We had our ceremony and reception in a state park up a long mountain road, and we were nervous about getting everyone there safely in time for the ceremony. We set up assigned shuttles for guests, and had a specific timeline for pick-ups planned out for drivers to follow. A very complicated plan, and they were wonderful!! Guests all made the trip up and down the mountain safely, and on time. Kristy and Derek were really responsive and helpful in planning out the logistics and tweaking the plan. I'm so grateful we went with Southern Valet.

We used Southern Shuttles (their business name for the shuttle services instead of valet) for our wedding transportation for our guests from our hotel in downtown Columbia to our venue near Lake Murray.

We had about 80% of our people traveling from out of town and planning logistics was proving to be extra stressful. When I called and spoke with Kristy she put me at ease. She explained several options for getting our guests across town...during rush hour....on a Friday. I felt at ease after our conversation and was pleased with the pricing.

Kristy and I chatted again about a week or so before the big day and she had me at ease. We had 2 shuttles booked and they were able to get me and my gals to the venue while the other shuttle went to pick up the gentlemen across town. One shuttle headed downtown to get a group of family members and bring them back to the venue earlier than the rest of the guests. Both shuttles then headed back downtown to pick up our guests at the hotel. (They were dropped off right on schedule at the venue.)

The day of Kristy sent me her personal number, as well as the drivers names and numbers. I felt very well taken care of and much less worried about everyone arriving on time. Our driver arrived about 15 minutes early! We had plenty of time to get our stuff together and get on the bus, no rush!

Both drivers were extremely professional. They even indulged us with playing music we requested on the radio. Both shuttles were extremely clean as well. The was a minor snafu in our timeline at the venue, but the drivers made sure we were picked up and taken to our hotel at the end of the night.

Met and exceeded all expectations. As the Mother of the Bride, you definitely want to use Southern Valet for any and all wedding transportation. We had Valet Parking and Wedding Party Bus service to and from the church. Kristy made my daughter's dream wedding pure perfection!!!

We used Southern Valet for a minibus to/from our rehearsal dinner on the Spirit of Lake Murray, and they were great! Marvin, our driver was so nice and accommodating even when we decided to go to the Vista after the
dinner.

We also used their buses to transport our guests to the wedding/reception site at the Millstone at Adam's Pond. It was kind of
far out of downtown, so I am glad our guests didn't drive (and especially on the way home)! Lastly, they even had a brand new getaway vehicle for us to leave the site after the reception to our hotel. All in all, their services were great and at a great value! Thanks Southern Valet!

Great service, and very affordable

Southern Valet was the perfect transportation choice for us for our wedding. We booked everything about a year in advance, except for transportation. We waited until about three weeks before our wedding to book, but Southern Valet did not seem bothered at all. We had crazy drop off locations and they were totally fine with all of that. We booked the SUV and the luxury car. Both were fantastic - clean, comfortable, and appealing to the sight. Derek and the other driver (whose name we never caught, sorry) were both awesome and super helpful and accommodating!! They even picked us up a few minutes after our allowed time because of the rain. We would absolutely recommend Southern Valet to anyone!!
