Ok soooo I went looking for a cakemaker for my wedding October 7th 2017. I read reviews of many cakemakers but. None had the review responses that Sorrella's Bakery had so I set up a cake tasting for my groom and our Moms. We set a few tasting but Sorrella's was SPECTACULAR. SO MANY CHOICES. I'm a diabetic so that's why I trusted my Groom and Moms to make this decision. They worked with me over the course of the year leading to my wedding day. The level of professionalism displayed by the staff was magnificent. Fast forward to my wedding day, My Wedding Cake arrived on time. They assembled it beautifully. That cake was BREATHTAKING. Normally you store the top layer for your 1st anniversary but.. My guest devoured that ENTIRE cake. The bottom level was a beautiful chocolate Grenache. The middle was lemon with lemon curd and the top Red Velvet. OMG that damn cake was fantastic. I risked a sugar coma but that cake was worth THAT possiblity. Thank You Sorrella's for making my dream cake a reality
