Food was amazing and so was the servers!

The food was great and affordable. They even make sure to save any of the leftovers and easily pack them away. They also stayed and cut my cake, which was one less thing I had to worry about! The menu you have to choose from is so varied it can suit anyone's taste!

Yummy food & competitively priced, ample portions for the money with plenty left over to send off with the bride & groom (other family, as well), perfect temperature, great menu variety. Staff were patient, professional, & knowledgeable both by phone & in person in order to meet the needs of our intimate wedding reception. Delivery & set-up were perfect. They even provided serving ware. For a country touch for your next event, I'd highly recommend Sonny's BBQ on Lanes Avenue in Jacksonville, FL!

Sonny's is the best place if you are having a barn wedding. We didn't have a single item left, but everyone got seconds. Choose the cornbread over the garlic bread, it holds up better. Their banana pudding was dipped out into champagne glasses with layers of whip cream. Total awesomeness!!

They provided lots of sauces and utensils, even though we had our own already rolled. I totally loved the chicken and pulled pork, we made our own ribs because they are a little pricey once you get over 25 guest you are better off making your own ribs.

Sonny's is the best BBQ you can find in Florida.

Seems like only one person running their catering for 8 locations. Not great at getting back to you. But very professional and can pretty much cater whatever combination you want which is awesome. Lots of options and very friendly.

We ate at restaurant on Tuesday evening.
I stood at podium and waited on manager to count her till we wait3d to be seated .when we were seated it was at a dirty table .it was a while before being greeted by a waitress .we ordered rib dinners .
Fries were cold they gave us a half plate of them.when they brought hot fries back they were about 10 fries that obviously were recooked .bread was cold and greasy . The beans were cold. The meat was so old it was tough.Our drinks were never refilled .I think we interrupted the waitress (jenny) social lif3 as we had to go and find her everytime we needed something . NO SiGN OF ANY LEADERSHIP PERIOD. WE have eaten there for years and over last couple of years has been progressively worse.i will not return to this sonnys .it was as bad as I have ever seen . I know whatbit requires I was a an area troubleshooter for the sonnys company for years .Very poor expect closure soon.or a law suit from food poisoning .
