I used the Sonesta Select Mahwah as my wedding block hotel - initially I booked it when it was still a Courtyard Marriot. Not only did the Sonesta Select honor all the accomodations that the Marriot promised us, when a problem arised, they immediately communicated it to me. Cynthia and Adam were responsive and made sure the process was smooth the entire time! The only minor hiccups were some hotel room confusion the day of check-in. Just be sure to double check if they finally get their food and liquor license in time cause they currently can't have after parties and breakfast there! Thankfully, there is a few bars in walking distant that we were able to easily move these festivities to. Sonesta was also able to make a special accomdation for me tin which we paid for cheap breakfast boxes which were perfect and convient for my guests that weekend.
