Absolutely worth every penny! Heather was incredibly responsive and easy to work with and our guests loved the photo booth and all the props! Heather even gives you copies of all the photos taken so you can look at how silly they all were ❤️ Highly recommend!

We got the blue VW bus photo booth for our wedding at Aster Weddings and Events in Skaneateles NY. It was a HUGE hit! We got so many compliments on it from our guests. Everyone loved it. It was such an awesome way to commemorate our wedding. It went with the vibe of our and they even decorate the outside of the bus with items that make it feel so put together and like it’s own little space. The outside of the bus is a photo opp in itself as well. The man that ran the booth was great as well! Super nice and attentive! Would recommend them for any event! Heather was also great to work with over email. Super responsive and professional and it was very much appreciated!

I cannot say enough positive things about Heather Gill and the Snapshots photo bus team! When planning my wedding, I contacted Heather Gill about using the VW bus photo booth, as they were recommended by my venue. Unfortunately, I was a little too late and it was already booked for my date but Heather offered the not yet built camper style photo booth, Opal. I was definitely hesitant with going with something I could not yet see so I took some time to decide and called around to about 6 other companies in the New York area to compare them. After doing a lot of research and calling I know I made the right decision in going with Snapshots! Heather was very quick to respond and the prices were very reasonable. She also was not pushy at all and gave me time to make my decision. I could not say that about every company as some others that I won’t name were very pushy trying to offer money off if I booked that day when I told them I needed to speak with my fiancé and parents first. That is not the kind of pressure that a stressed bride needs! Heather was the complete opposite. She was not aggressive in the least, but still gave me lots of ideas of her vision for Opal and how it would look on wedding day. Another reason I went with Snapshots was that their timeline made the most sense. Most other companies give you a set number of hours that they’re open. Snapshots split the active hours into two parts. An hour for cocktail hour and then a break for dinner and formalities, then resumed later for another two hours of reception and dancing. This made the most sense as I didn’t want guests to be distracted by the photo booth during key wedding moments. Another thing I really appreciated about Snapshots compared to other companies, was that the photo bus was beautifully decorated and a very nice complement to the my wedding day, however it was not the center of attention. Other companies tried to sell me on the fact that their bus would be the best attraction of the day and the thing people remember most about your wedding. I was thinking to myself, who actually wants their photo booth to be the most remembered thing? Ridiculous! Opal ended up being perfect. My guests had a fun time taking pictures, I have a cute album to remember their pictures, and Oral perfectly complemented my elegant farm venue, without distracting from the main wedding events. Heather was a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend Snapshots enough. You will NOT regret hiring them!

Having the VW Photobus at our wedding was THE best decision we made! The minute I saw it, I knew I had to have it! Contacting them and setting everything up was so easy and it was a huge hit! People were in the photobus the whole night and we literally had to kick them out to get some professional pictures done with it. We opted for the memory book and we have multiple pictures of literally everyone who attended our wedding! Best memories ever!

We hired Snapshots Open Air Booth for our wedding a month ago in CNY and couldn’t have been happier with them! I am currently wheelchair bound, so Heather worked with me to come up with a decorating/staging idea to make it comfortable and fun for me and all of our guests. We ended up setting up a couch and making a kind of living room-esque staging...something she was looking to experiment with for some time and it ended up working out great and I believe is a service they will continue to offer in the future.

Their prices are competitive, communication was great, brought all of the props we needed, complete setup without us having to worry about them, pics look great, multiple strips printed, custom graphics on the strips and digital downloads available for not only the strips but individual pics as well. The photobus is also very cool even though we decided to not use it.

This was one of the highlights of our wedding! Heather is the BEST - she was consistently responsive, so easy to work with, and very professional from start to finish. When she arrived at my wedding, she was so friendly and we hit it off right away!!

Everyone LOVED Penny, the photo bus. It is truly gorgeous, in pristine condition. You can see the effort that Heather and her husband put into restoring it and making it truly one-of-a-kind. The attention to detail was also incredible - in addition to bringing tons of props for people to pose with, they also brought lots of decor to put in and around Penny to create a truly comprehensive and unique experience. They also included a thoughtful backdrop and photo strip that were clearly suited to our colors and themes.

The value for the price is exceptional. We had gotten quotes from one or two similar services (not that the photo bus is very common!) and they were outrageously expensive. Snapshots is reasonable and you can't beat the quality and value you get. On top of that, everyone was so impressed by Penny and had an amazing time taking photos and Heather got the digital copies over to us quickly so everyone could have access to the memories! It was truly one of my favorite parts of the night. I recommend them to anyone!

Great experience and would highly recommend SnapShots for any event. We had them at our school's prom and students loved it. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful; from booking to set up and take down.

Hands down you need to have a photobooth at your wedding. Guests have so much fun with them. It is a wonderful treat for them to each walk away with a memento of the evening of celebration. Thank you Heather for offering and providing us with such a great time.
