Loved Smoochbooth! They did our May wedding in Asheville and we loved them. Our family had a blast with all of the props and we decided to have duplicates to put in a book and that was super fun. The coolest part? The attendant came over to the groom and I congratulated us and was appreciative that we hired them. After the wedding they even sent us a sweet thank you note. Communication before the wedding was great as well. They call you to go over all the details before the big day. I didn't have to worry about them at all. I trusted them and they are totally worth it!

We hired Smoochbooth for our wedding in August. They were one of the least expensive options and we quickly learned you get what you pay for. I paid the balance in full several weeks before our wedding so that we would not have to deal with bills on the wedding day. There was some sort of mix up and the staff at my wedding thought that I had a remaining balance. Immediately after our ceremony and during our family and wedding party photos their staff went up to several of my guests asking "how are we going to handle the bill?" I was mortified when several guests had to interrupt photos to tell me the photo booth people were asking for payment. It was completely unprofessional and while I can understand a billing mix up the fact that they started asking my guests for payment is just inexcusable. In addition, the photo strips they offer allow you to decide what you would like to put on them. I provided a logo we had created for our day. They waited until the day before the wedding to show me what the proof looked like, and when it was provided it included their large logo of red lips which I did not want on every photo in our album. I asked that the logo be removed and the owner responded that they could do it but for a $50 extra charge. After some back and forth he did remove the logo at no charge but it took me pointing out that this was never stated in our contract and our wedding was not an advertising opportunity. Overall just a horrible experience and the only bad memory I have of our wedding day. I strongly recommend using one of the more reputable companies in the area.
