From my outreach to Sky Ranch Lodge all the way to my wedding day was amazing. Great service and they were a breeze to work with. I’m from Kentucky and eloped to Sky Ranch they made planning so easy even over 1,000 miles away. The views are spectacular and I don’t think you will get those type of views anywhere else. Breathtaking! I loved our wedding coordinators and the whole Sky Ranch team. Thank you!

We did the Diamond Package with their coordinator Tiffany and they went above and beyond. All of the vendors they recommended were fantastic (we chose R. Gonzalaz for photography, FRSH Entertainment for DJ, Sedona Catering Co, and flowers and the baker were Sky Ranch's choice) the food was delicious, the DJ was amazing. Every single little tip and trick I had saved from social media to remember on the day of, Tiffany had covered without me having to think or remember. I cannot overstate how wonderful the team, the view, and the ease of the day were at Sky Ranch.

Sky Ranch Lodge was an absolutely stunning location for our wedding! The breathtaking views and serene atmosphere made our day truly magical. Having all our guests stay on site with us was wonderful; it created a sense of intimacy and togetherness that we will cherish forever.

Natalie, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute gem. She managed all our requests with grace and efficiency, even the last-minute ones, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. Thanks to her, our dream wedding became a reality.

To start: WE LOVE SKY RANCH LODGE!! GET MARRIED HERE!!
My husband and I got married at SRL in April 2023 with 60 guests in attendance. We visited Sedona in January 2022 to go venue hunting and saw SRL as well as a few other venues in Sedona, and nothing could compare to SRL. The obvious selling point, the stunning unobstructed view is what really hooked us. It was magic. We booked with them later that same day. We opted for the “Dream” package in which we worked directly with a wedding coordinator/planner at SRL and they pretty much helped us plan our wedding from beginning to end including executing contracts and payments with all the related vendors. This was HUGE for us since we live in NJ and could not easily go out there and be familiar with the vendors. We had monthly Zoom calls with our coordinator (Shannon Jennings) which was amazing. Shannon was ontop of everything and had notes on anything I mentioned I wanted included in our day. She handled everything, including coordinating everything the day of. Throughout the year leading up to our wedding, we were able to get tons of stuff shipped to SRL in preparation for the wedding. They stored our items in a designated place that was temperature controlled. We can’t appreciate that enough! Also, between the time we booked SRL and our wedding day, they installed a gorgeous pavilion that replaced their prior outdoor tent for the reception space. It really was a tremendous addition to the venue and pulled everything together. The day of our wedding was also a little bit chilly so being able to close the walls/doors on the pavilion was great. Also, we were able to use their inventory of décor items which was so nice and helpful!! That was a huge selling point for us too.
The only cons I had about our days are not deal breakers, but I hope they will read this and consider changing for the future:
1. The “room block” we receive as part of the package did not truly offer any kind of discounted rate for our guests that wanted to use the block. The guests could have booked the rooms as a normal guest and would have received the same rate, so there was no benefit in using the “block” besides grouping the rooms near each other (which didn’t really help since a majority of the guests didn’t know each other).
2. The bridal suite is only included for free on the night of the wedding. That is indeed very generous and helpful, but if you are getting ready with your bridesmaids early the day of (which most brides do), you will need to book the room the night before as well since check-in is in the late afternoon. I think the venue should offer the room as a complimentary gesture in order to cover the night before and the night of so that the wedding party can properly make use of the room.
3. The wait staff took people’s food from the table a little bit early. Some people wish they had a chance to finish the amazing food from Villaggio!
4. The staff didn’t put any dessert down on our sweetheart table. Some of my bridesmaids made sure to get us a few things before they ran out and leave it on our table. Obviously as bride and groom, it’s hard to find a minute to grab desserts so if the staff could have done it, it would be have really helpful.
5. I also would encourage the bridal suite/room to have a hook to hang the dress 😊 I ended up hanging it off the shower head since there wasn’t any designated hook high enough off the floor.
Overall, I would get married at SRL a million times over. We had the absolute best day and experience from A to Z. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM!!!!

By far the most beautiful view and venue in Sedona. My daughter and son-in-law were married at Sky Ranch. It is an all inclusive venue and the wedding planner, Natalie Montgomery, was excellent. We couldn't have done it without her. You have to check out Sky Ranch and speak with their wedding team. Very good experience over the one year planning period. We were able to pick the vendors we wanted and Natalie had some excellent suggestions. Sky Ranch also has a lot of decorations that you can use for no extra cost. Our guests loved staying there and we had a great time.

My husband and I decided to get married in Sedona due to the magnificence of the red rocks and the magical energy. We were so excited to get married that we had a 4 month engagement, which meant that our vendors had 4 months to get ready for our wedding. In choosing a location, we spoke with several other locations and ultimately decided to go with Sky Ranch Lodge for the spectacular views and the lodging options. This was the best decision we ever made. The staff was friendly, the wedding team answered my questions AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY! Everyone knew you by name and was eager to help with any questions you had. Shannon was our wedding coordinator and made sure no detail was left out. We had 4 Zoom meetings with her where we reviewed color schemes, vendors, timelines, etc. Thomas (the manager) called us personally to review the room block options. No matter who I spoke with, they were always friendly and courteous.

You will be able to feel the magic when you get to the lodge. We stayed in a botanical garden room and a rim view room, both of which were cozy and clean. There were fresh baked cookies every morning and hot coffee in the lobby. The refillable water station made it easy for me to stay hydrated. The warm pool had the kids occupied.

On the wedding day, Shannon was there with her team making sure we were on time. It was so beautiful, words cannot describe, and pictures do not do it justice. Thank you to the entire Sky Ranch Team for making our stay magical and unforgettable. We will be coming back!

My Wife and I could not have had a better experience at Sky Ranch Lodge! From the very beginning, Tiffany and her team were extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful. The view was incredible and the new pavilion was great when it got too cold outside. Our whole party always felt cared for enjoyed the wedding and their stay. The wedding suite was a great addition to our experience. Only feedback I do have is that the room block discount wasn't really added for our guests in the end. But other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. I will be recommending not only Tiffany and her team, but also the Sky Ranch Lodge to everyone I know!!

Not only is this venue absolutely stunning, but the team that we worked with there to plan and coordinate our wedding went above and beyond our wildest expectations. Shannon was thoughtful, detail oriented, and one of the most kind-hearted people I have ever worked with. She made sure every little detail was exactly how we hoped it would be. She made this such a personalized experience that we felt like she became part of the family. The wedding went so smoothly and everyone had a great time. We got a ton of compliments on the beautiful venue and the event set up done by the Sky Ranch team. Absolute perfection! Thank you Sky Ranch and Shannon for making our day so perfect and the planning process such a fun experience.

Our wedding at the Sky Ranch Lodge was— without a doubt— the most incredible experience we have ever had! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, but the cherry on top are the people. We booked the venue about 6 weeks out and our coordinator was up for the challenge! Tiffany and her team did such a wonderful job making every detail just perfect. As the bride, I knew I didn’t have anything to worry about and could focus on the experience! Our wedding was a dream come true at the Sky Ranch Lodge! Absolutely recommend!!!

I will forever be grateful to Sky Ranch Lodge for playing such a pivotal role in making my wedding a dream come true. The ceremony location is to die for and our guests were flabbergasted at the views high above the city. The renovations they have made to the reception area made for a beautiful place to eat, drink, and be merry. Tiffany and the wedding crew are amazing and attentive throughout the whole wedding planning process. We love Sky Ranch Lodge!!!
