Chef and owner Donny Merrill brings over 20 years of experience to the kitchen, creating a menu that combines classics with new American fare, as well as delicious daily and nightly specials. Although we are not an exclusively seafood restaurant, we celebrate our proximity to the Chesapeake Bay by serving plenty of fresh local seafood. We are also known for our ever-growing beer list, featuring microbrews as well as popular favorites, and our eclectic, well-balanced wine list. We use only fresh-ground, antibiotic-and-hormone free beef from Herman’s Quality Meat Shoppe in our burgers. Skipjack Dining is a great place to eat for those with food allergies, vegetarians and vegans, those who eat gluten-free, and anyone else whose diet is restricted. Whether you would prefer a drink and appetizers in our casual bar and lounge area, or you would like to have an upscale dinner in our dining room, come and join us!
