First and foremost, Amanda at Skatells is amazing. She will work magic and spend hours looking at rings. Secondly, we've had a few issues with ordering my husbands ring.. I don't think this is because of Skatells, I believe its the company they ordered it from but needless to say, it's after the wedding and we don't have his ring. I also want to note, please do not use Katherine at Skatells in Mount Pleasant, she alone is the reason I give the professionalism only 2 stars. She is beyond rude and actually hung up on me... After a wedding, you know you've spent plenty of money at your jeweler and I expect respect when spending that kind of money.
