I had the pleasure of working with Dawn at Grady’s Jeweler’s on the customization of my brothers engagement ring for his now fiancé. A challenging process that is usually accompanied by anxiety and fear, Dawn made this experience exciting and seamless. Working with her, Dawn provided individualized services and her undivided attention to detail. Dawn made herself available after hours and on weekends to ensure that all of our questions were answered.

Dawn exhibited a mutual passion for not only gemology but also to observe the joy of her work sparkle in the eyes of her customers. We are forever grateful to have found someone who is trust worthy but also someone that takes such pride in her work.

Dawn and the team at Grady’s were amazing in helping me look at styles for rings. My fiancé, now husband, says he couldn’t have picked out the ring and gone through the entire process without them! When it came time to pick wedding bands, they were ready to help. We picked out my band and Dawn resized my grandfather’s ring my husband would be wearing. I was also incredibly surprised with my wedding gift from my husband. He took my grandmother’s engagement ring and Dawn’s team transformed it into a necklace! Dawn and her team can do anything and everything! We will use Grady’s as our jeweler for the rest of our lives! They’re phenomenal in all they do!
