I called this past weekend to set up a cake tasting and was informed the business will be closing at the end of October due to the owner retiring. Just FYI for anyone looking to use this vendor!

Simply Perfection cakes was simply perfect. The cake turned out amazing during the wedding and the guests loved the flavor combination. My cake flavors were raspberry lemonade for the cake and chocolate mousse for the filling. After the wedding I had guests who wanted to know where the cake was from. It was moist and creamy and she's also flexible in making cake adjustments at your request, for instance I had guests who didn't like a lot of sweetness so that was altered to be less sweet. It was wonderful for the price point and I can't recommend her enough.

Rose was great to work with, and she made a cake that was not only beautiful but was DELICIOUS! We got a 4 tier cake with two different flavors (chocolate with chocolate mousse filling & strawberry cheesecake swirl with white chocolate mousse filling) and a sheet cake (white almond cake with white chocolate mousse filling). She was very helpful when designing our cake by listening to what we wanted and personalizing our cake with a batman symbol on the backside (for the groom)! After the wedding, we had many people come to us saying we had the best cake, and people are still talking about how delicious the cake was after a year! We just had a slice of our cake for our first anniversary and it still tasted amazing even after a year (thank goodness for good preservation and freezing). We will definitely be ordering a cake from Rose for our future anniversaries and we highly recommend her for any couples!
