As someone who also works regularly in the wedding industry, I can state without reservation that Michelle is easily one of the best wedding photographers I've had the privilege of working with and hiring. Her photos are of a superb quality and she has an excellent photographic perspective in terms of framing, lighting, positioning, etc.

Additionally, Michelle is an incredibly low-stress individual to work with, which is valuable when you're in the midst of your wedding day (with all the usual unexpected occurrences). She was relaxed and friendly the entire time, yet also very efficient with her work, taking into account our concerns about arriving at the reception venue on time. When we ran a little overtime at the reception, Michelle graciously extended her time with us without charging any extra fee, and she patiently made sure we had quality shots before she concluded her day's work.

When you take into account the outstanding professionalism and high standard of work that Michelle offers as a photographer, it is my belief that she is more than worth every cent of her entirely reasonable fee. I recommend Michelle to anyone who needs a quality photographer for any occasion.

When we first met with Michelle, we clicked immediately. She showed us her work, and it was so beautiful and versatile. She had a little bit of everything in her portfolio, which is great because sometimes you want a little bit of traditional and a little bit of fun. We booked Michelle on the spot. We did engagement shots and Wedding day of all the way from first look to party. I was very shy at the engagement shoot because it had been a very long time since I took professional photos, but Michelle made us feel soo comfortable. At some points we were fooling around and she turned that into a great photo op! She captured those pictures of us having fun in such a nice genuine way. We had such a fun time!! For the engagement shoot, she asked me for my ideas and visions, and we would bounce inspo pics off each other. For the wedding, we booked Michelle for the First Look and Wedding. Weeks before she asked for a list of my top 10 shots as well as inspiration. She let me send her all the photos I wanted for the wedding. Perhaps one of my fave things about having Michelle with us on our special day was the fact that after a little while, taking pictures didn’t feel like a chore, it was actually very very chill and enjoyable!
Overall, she was very reasonable and flexible with me/us. She was also very professional and punctual. We’re so happy and grateful we booked with Michelle. We 100% recommend!!

I was highly recommended Simply Chic Photography and Michelle Baraneche by a friend. We used her for maternity photos as well as Christmas photos/mailers. The results were astounding. Michelle is a PRO! We hired her to take photos at our engagment party, at the location where we met and at the wedding. She designed the most beautiful sign in book with photos from the engagment party/location. My guests were blown away by the look and quality. She also created our christmas cards; printed and delivered on my wedding day (Dec. 1) so I could mail them out prior to leaving on my honeymoon. She's so detailed and has a great eye for good shots.
