I bought my husband's wedding band and wedding gift ( A watch). Customer Service was great. The ladies helped me so much with picking the band, watch, and engraving.

While I was not there when my fiance purchased my engagement ring, I am ELATED by the outcome. My fiance is a Detroiter through and through and knew he wanted to buy my ring at a local jeweler. He took three pictures of rings he knew I liked and with Simmons & Clark, designed my gorgeous ring! I could not be happier.

My fiance bought my engagement here, December 2010. We went there because my husband's parents had bought their rings from them over 30 years ago. The store was clean, our sales lady was very nice and they had a lot of selections. We were on a budget, and were able to buy a 1200.00 two piece ring on sale for 799.00. They had options for financing and lay-away but we were not interested. We bought the five year insurance plan which requires cleaning every six months. That's kind of hectic since the only location in operation is in downtown Detroit and there is almost NEVER anywhere to park. I returned to the store December of 2011 to look for my husband's ring, and found one that matched mine quite well for 500.00 with 10 little diamonds (kind of fancy for a dude's ring). My only complaint is an older sales lady I encountered when I picked up my husband's ring. She was slow to greet me (too busy looking at her cell phone) and was kind of rude when she finally helped me. However my initial sales person interjected and was much nicer to deal with. They are closed on Sunday and close kind of early the six days they are open. Overall, the store is well respected, they have beautiful jewelry and reasonable prices. I would recommend them.
