Used them for two different rides on our wedding day. Both were great! Driver was professional and on time! He went with the flow even though the girls were 30 minutes behind. Great job and would use again!

We were very pleased with silver fox! We were able to get a stretch Hummer limo as a free upgrade!

I cannot think of ONE thing to say that would be less than extremely positive for SilverFox Limos and our chauffeur Bernie Lemke. The white, stretch limousine was immaculate inside and out. There was water in ice waiting for us and the seating was very comfortable. We didn't "need" a limo per se BUT my dress was so long and... well... BIG... and I couldn't get ready at the church, and I'm not quite sure it would have fit in the Prius! At least not comfortably and unwrinkled - that is for sure. Our ceremony location has a tiny circular driveway in front and our driver had to work to maneuver his way into it but we made it successfully and he even laid out the red carpet for my husband and I as we rode off into the distance to the reception! So prompt and clean and easy to work with! My father has needed towncar/limo services with work and had not used SilverFox before but said he will definitely think of them from now on because he was so impressed. My experience was great!

Silver Fox did a wonderful job, they were very prompt and took us where every we asked. They were accommodating and professional and provided a great service for our whole day.

We booked an enormous, black hummer for our transportation the day of the wedding. It was so much fun and our driver was great! He could manuever that vehicle like a pro, even picked up the bride / bridemaids in a condo complex with very narrow, windy roads with no problem. He helped us in and out of the car at all of our stops. He also knew of a great spot for pictures that had the entire skyline of uptown Charlotte in the background. Even the photographers did not know about it!

Silver Fox did a commendable job shuttling my family and out-of-town guests to my relative Margaret's wedding this weekend. They were timely and reliable, and I genuinely appreciated that.

However, I can't overlook a significant misstep: one of their drivers carried on a loud conversation right next to the ceremony at The Casey in Charlotte — during the vows. It was disruptive and inconsiderate, and it put a real damper on what should have been a perfect moment.

For a company serving weddings and formal events, situational awareness and professionalism are non-negotiable. I'd encourage Silver Fox to address this with their staff before another couple's ceremony is affected.

My husband and I rented a limo that took us from the wedding/reception venue to the hotel. Overall, it was a typical limo experience. We did do the red carpet experience. I was hoping that the limo was going to say "Just got married", but it didnt. So, I was a little disappointed by that.
Also, once I got in the limo, we could not pull up the privacy window. It did not work in our particular limo. And the driver apologized for that inconvenience.

The other thing that I didnt like is that we had to reserve for a minimum 2 hours. We only needed a limo for an hour. Despite my complaints, SilverFox rates was definitely cheaper than some of the other vendors that we had researched.

Car never showed. I would not recommend for your big day.

We contacted Silverfox about driving us away from our wedding in China Grove. We chose the Jaguar XF since we wanted to have a little more style. The reservation process was easy, except the first contract/invoice I was sent was for something with a non-refundable deposit. I emailed back and they quickly corrected the mistake...so everything was set,

The owner of our venue contacted Silverfox the night before and they had nothing on file. The person on the phone could not find anything and was taking notes on where the venue was. This was months after I had originally booked the car. I called the same night, not knowing owner had called, and everything was in the system so I was under the impression everything was good to go.

Car never showed that night. Operations manager was in Pinehurst giving a tour and didn't have internet. No one knew where the car was. I got a call about 45 minutes after the car was supposed to be there saying another car could be there in 45 minutes. I declined. The only positive was that I was never charged.

We left for honeymoon the next day so I called them when I got back. The conversation was worthless. She, the operations manager, didn't know why the car had not showed and that was when I knew I would never use them again. It turns out the car was a contract worker of theirs and she kept saying she would have to call the owner to see what happened. This is the same person who was in Pinehurst and knew of them not showing up. WHY DID YOU NOT FOLLOW UP WITH THE OWNER? If a contract worker of mine, who was using my company's name, did not show up I would want to get to the bottom of it. Clearly they didn't care and as she was saying she could contact them I cared less and less. We got a ride back to the hotel, and it wasn't a big deal. As we have told ourselves, if that is the only thing that goes wrong, is a car ride back to hotel, then our big day was great!!

They never showed!! My brother very kindly paid for a jaguar to pick us up on our wedding night in lake lure to drive us back to Charlotte. He never showed and Silverfox did not offer to send another limo. We do get 4 hours free service but I'm not sure if that'll happen. If my sister-in-law hadn't driven us to Charlotte we would have had to get up at 430 to make our flight. I would have been a lot more upset had my brother not kept it from me until they figured out a backup plan. Do not use them for your wedding!!
