Signature Moments Media was our videographer for our wedding October 2024. we still haven’t gotten our full wedding video back (five and a half months later). we got our preview in November with my name spelled wrong and nothing from the reception (speeches, entrances, dancing) was in the preview. I messaged him the beginning of February asking about when we would receive it and he said he sent it a while ago and figured we already had it. He then said he would send it that night but we still hadn’t gotten anything, I messaged him the next week asking and he said he would send it that night. He messaged me the next day asking for my email because he didn’t have it and then said the files are too big to send digitally so he was going to send me a link to download and mail the hard drive copy.

On March 5 he messaged saying everything was mailed (didn’t give us a tracking number) and we should get it the next day or Monday the latest. Since then he has sent a hard drive that was empty and uploaded a few five second videos to a shared one drive which are basically live photos of our photos we got from our photographer and my number has been blocked. It is now June 2 and we still haven’t gotten anything. I have messaged both his personal and business page multiple times and he hasn’t answered. Cam, we see you continuously posting promos and even a little clip of our reception on your page but you are ignoring us.

DO NOT use Signature Moments Media, he is very unprofessional and has horrible communication. this was a gift from our very close family/friends who deserve their money back and an explanation of what happened because nothing is making sense. we took a lot of time to go with Cam instead of spending it with our family and friends on our wedding day.
