The BEST ice cream in Chico! We had Shubert's Ice Cream at our wedding! We decided to mix it up and serve both cupcakes and ice cream to our guests. Though it was early November, and a bit on the cool side for weather, it was a great success! Our guests LOVED it! It was so fun and refreshing to have ice cream at our wedding! We had both the ice cream cart and a server to attend it. If you can afford this I highly suggest it. We didn't want a family member to have to worry about taking care of this for us or folks self-serving (especially with little ones running around). Have Shuberts at your wedding, you won't regret it!
