After speaking with multiple caterers on the phone my fiancé and I thought we were just not going to have food for our wedding. Then we found short bus catering! Clayton and his staff were amazing for our October wedding! We had met multiple times and told Clayton exactly what we wanted, the vibe we were going for and the price we had set. He promised we would have food and he sure delievered! Everyone comes up to me and tells me how amazing the lobster grilled cheese app was and the steak was so flavorful! Things I never thought I could have at my wedding but Clayton made it possible! He was very responsive with emails and anything we needed he always had an idea or solution!
