WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! I have never written a bad review in my life but I am going to do you all a favor by writing one today. Shiraz Party Rental, from beginning to end was a disaster. Not only do they falsely advertise their products, their inventory is in horrible condition. If you are having a nice event and need quality service and equipment that works, go somewhere else. And forget trying to get a refund on a heat lamp that three people spent over an hour trying to turn on. Apparently, once you sign their delivery contract, it doesn't matter if you, your bartender and experienced catering staff can't make it work, that's on you. And by the looks of the greasy bucket of screws they left behind, I'm just thankful that two of the three lamps worked. But at the end of the day, that just doesn't cut it. When you need heat for a chilly evening event, these guys are not going to deliver the bill of goods they sold you. You've been warned. These people are scam artists and grifters.

George, the owner is very unprofessional and has very little tact! He made a lot of promises to me and failed to deliver on my wedding day. He didn't write any details down and had to be reminded several times. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He caused me a lot of unnecessary stress on the day of my wedding, and when confronted, he basically shut me up and hung up over the phone. Unbelievable! Do not trust this rental company! Once you pay him, you no longer matter!
