About this venue
The Sheraton Valley Forge is an elegant wedding venue located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Inside features multiple ballrooms and event spaces for engaged couples to create their dream day. These versatile spaces, combined with the onsite catering, cozy guest rooms, and dedicated staff, can turn a couple’s wedding weekend into an unforgettable celebration.
Facilities and Capacity
Boasting contemporary decor and neutral color schemes, Sheraton Valley Forge can easily accommodate any couple’s preferred aesthetic. Elegance and sophistication shine through each part of the hotel, from the lobby to the pre-function areas, to the 23 different event spaces. Their largest available space, the Grand Ballroom, stands at over 5,000 square feet to accommodate receptions with up to 320 guests. Detailed chandeliers hang from the ceiling, while floor-to-ceiling mirrors stand at the front of the room, for a one-of-a-kind appearance. For more intimate gatherings, the Centennial Ballroom can seat up to 60 people for rehearsal dinners or other prenuptial events. Up to 50 guests can also enjoy the Frazier Room, which features a full glass wall for a view of the lush surrounding trees. Open areas are present outside the venue spaces, for guests to mingle with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails while the newlyweds complete their photo sessions. Visitors will have over 100 rooms to choose from, with a fitness center and heated indoor pool to ensure a relaxing stay.
Services Offered
The onsite team of event planners will work closely with you to customize a wedding itinerary that best suits your vision. Tables, chairs, and various tabletop items will be provided and set up in any arrangement you prefer. The onsite culinary team works closely with soon-to-be-weds and customizes their menus to best match their event theme and preferences. Servers and bartenders will be present on your big day to make sure you and your guests are cared for throughout the evening.
Location
Sheraton Valley Forge is surrounded by various attractions, from museums to shopping centers, that make for an ideal day trip with your entourage. Couples can join their loved ones in various local excursions, from escape rooms to ax-throwing ranges. Visitors are just a 10-minute drive from the Valley Forge National Park and The Schuylkill River Trail. The lush forestry and peaceful waterfront act as a picturesque setting for romantic photo sessions.

One Stop Shop!!
The hotel staff great you the day you do a walk through. My husband and I got to meet everyone from the maitre d' from our food tasting to the security manager Mike who in charge of making sure everyone is acting accordingly! We've even had the pleasure of meeting the assistant manager of the hotel the day before, assuring us that all of them would be on hand the day of the wedding. I cant say enough of how completely satisfied we were with how smoothly things ran the day of our wedding! Kim in my book is the bees knees, Michael and I are so thankful for all of her help. The hours she put into answering every question no matter how stupid I though it was. She was there to reassure us that things would be ok. The food.... WOW WOW WOW!!! The crabcake were AMAZING!! My favorite thing on the menu!!! Michael and I on a scale of one to ten would say we were off the charts with how thankful and happy we are.
