We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at The Sheraton Valley Forge. The space is absolutely stunning and made for a beautiful, memorable day. The food was absolutely delicious and the spread of hors d’oeuvres was a big hit with our guests.

Our coordinator, Elizabeth, was incredible—organized, pleasant, so helpful and truly went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. Thanks to her and her team, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment.

Our guests were blown away, and so were we. Highly recommend this venue and team without hesitation!

We held our wedding at the Sheraton Valley Forge just over a month ago in June and it was an incredible day! From beginning to end the staff was amazing to work with and truly made our day one to remember. From planning to execution, Elizabeth, the catering sales manager, was amazing. She was incredibly prompt with returning any calls and answering any questions I had the whole way through. It truly felt like I was working with a friend and for that I am grateful because she greatly eased my stress. We are still receiving rave reviews from our guests about the food and the attentiveness of the staff throughout the night. Special shout out to Michael, one of the long-time Bellmen, who went out of his way to help us with anything we needed our entire stay. This is truly a gem in the Montgomery County wedding market. I think the value for what we paid is extremely competitive and worth every penny that we spent, plus the ballroom is modern and simply beautiful. Thank you for making our special day so unforgettable!

We cannot thank Elizabeth and everyone at the Sheraton Valley Forge for making our wedding perfect! We received rave reviews about the food, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, and how smoothly everything went. The ballroom is a tier above anything we saw when we were looking at venues. From a planning end, Elizabeth was a dream to work with. She not only answered all of our questions promptly but also offered her insight and perspective, which helped make the planning process so easy. The day of the event, she made sure everything ran smoothly, so we could focus on celebrating! We could not recommend Sheraton Valley Forge enough!

We had our wedding block here and we also had brunch the day after our wedding and our whole experience at the Sheraton Valley Forge was exceptional! Everyone we encountered was super nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel!

The entire staff made things easy and were wonderful to work with, especially Elizabeth Lotz. She was very organized, accommodating, and took excellent steps to coordinate with all our vendors.

So of course less than 60 days before my wedding I had to change venues due to COVID and the Sheraton was there to take me on!!!! Which I’m so forever grateful!!!! Working with Kiara, Noreen and Jeannine was a dream!! From the moment I transferred the wedding to this venue they held my hand every step of the way. Jeannine handle all my guest room arrangements making it easy for them to transfer from one hotel to the another. Kiara & Noreen handled everything dealing with the wedding, they treated me as if I was there own daughter getting married!! Everyone was professional, empathic to my situation and just LOVING!!!! Even on rehearsal night we forgot to get my 1year old milk for her to go to sleep and Noreen said “No worries” she ran to the store and warmed the bottle for her to go to bed with!!! Whatever I needed they were there. Even though I couldn’t have the wedding inside do to COVID restrictions, we had to order a tent and everything still turned out better than I could imagine!!! They even lite the fire pit which went along with the ambience. We had such an amazing time, everything was beautiful, people are still talking about it!!!! LOL and might I add we partied HARD that night!!!!

We am so happy that we decided to go with the Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel! Kim Lissner was absolutely amazing and helped us out so much with planning the wedding we always dreamed of! From meeting with her to decide if this venue was for us, to signing the contract, to planning the wedding, to the day of the wedding, and the day after the wedding, Kim was everything and more than we could have asked for! She always responded to our questions quickly and was so friendly and happy to make sure that our day went exactly the way we wanted. The day of the wedding was so smooth there was nothing for us to worry about as we knew that Kim was there for us! We received so many comments from our guests regarding how this venue was beautiful and how it was so nice that everything was all in one place! I highly recommend this venue due to the venue itself and all of the staff, being so friendly and helpful, especially Kim!

I've been thinking about writing this review for a little while now and can't find the words to explain how absolutely INCREDIBLE Kim was to work with. From the moment we met her she was personable, professional, knowledgeable and never without a smile. Kim was always quick to respond to emails or calls, patient, knowledgeable not only regarding the venue but other vendors as well, detail oriented and always there to keep you on track with deadlines. On the day of our wedding she set up our decor beautifully and was by our side for EVERY need. We can't thank her enough for her hard work and dedication to making our day perfect.

From the moment we arrived to drop off our decor, Mike, the bellhop, made sure we had everything we needed and helped out SO much with loading and unloading our items throughout the entire weekend. We can't thank him enough for his diligence!

The venue was beyond GORGEOUS, the food was so amazing that people are still talking about it and the staff was incredible. Everyone was attentive to our guests throughout the entire night and especially made sure my husband and I were OK at all times. I've never experienced such a friendly and accommodating staff and we truly can't thank the entire Sheraton team enough!!!

Kim and the whole hotel staff is simply amazing! From the very beginning with us doing a walk through until the day we said, "I Do" they were on it. Kim alone is the kindest, most helpful, professional, make you feel like your day is TOP OF THE LIST, type of person. Kim made me feel like we were friends. When your planning your dream wedding you need that!

The hotel staff great you the day you do a walk through. My husband and I got to meet everyone from the maitre d' from our food tasting to the security manager Mike who in charge of making sure everyone is acting accordingly! We've even had the pleasure of meeting the assistant manager of the hotel the day before, assuring us that all of them would be on hand the day of the wedding. I cant say enough of how completely satisfied we were with how smoothly things ran the day of our wedding! Kim in my book is the bees knees, Michael and I are so thankful for all of her help. The hours she put into answering every question no matter how stupid I though it was. She was there to reassure us that things would be ok. The food.... WOW WOW WOW!!! The crabcake were AMAZING!! My favorite thing on the menu!!! Michael and I on a scale of one to ten would say we were off the charts with how thankful and happy we are.

Kim Lissner and team are awesome! While searching for venues, Kim stood out as someone who was professional and truly passionate about her job. We're so happy we picked Sheraton Valley Forge because working with Kim was a pleasure. She was very responsive and quick to act on any question/concern we had. The team was also great! Between our ceremony, reception, and brunch, everyone did a seamless job making sure things were running smoothly and coordinating with vendors. We got great feedback from our guests on the level of service everyone provided...Thanks!
Aside from Kim and team, the options for a fusion wedding also stood out to us. After checking out dozens of venues in the area, we realized there are very few that actually include Indian wedding packages. The Sheraton had several to pick from and had solid relationships with many of the vendors we would later speak to.

Kim Lissner, Catering Sales Manager at the Sheraton Valley Forge, made all of our dreams come through! When we first signed with the Sheraton Valley Forge we were working with someone else, but thankfully our wedding was handed off to Kim. Kim was extremely attentive, accommodating, quick to respond to all of our requests and beyond helpful. Of all of the small things that could have went wrong, Kim stepped in and single-handedly solved every one of them.

Kim was generally invested in and took an interest in turning our vision in to the most important day of our lives. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kim and her team at the Sheraton Valley Forge.

The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the process of my guests making a hotel reservation under our wedding room block. Right before we planned our wedding, the Sheraton and Mariott Hotels merged. Due to the merger, all hotel reservations were sent to the central Mariott call center. This caused problems when my guests tried to secure a room because the Mariott employees were not familiar with my wedding block and unknowingly and unintentionally relayed inaccurate information to my guests stating that there were no more rooms available and/or they were unable to receive the room block discounted cost. I am confident that this was an unfortunate circumstance because the merger was new and do not think the problem will persist. Since we were getting married on New Years Eve, it was important to me that all of my guests were able to book a room within the block because I wanted to ensure that everyone was safe.

Kim was the reason that our wedding was the most perfect night of our lives.. Thank you Kim!!!

David and I recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Valley Forge Sheraton. Everything was PERFECT! Jeff and his staff were exceptional from beginning to end. Everyone was flexible, professional, and courteous. The food was better than most restaurants in the area. We had out-of-town guests that stayed there at the hotel, and they were very satisfied as well. I would absolutely recommend having any event at this venue!

Brian and I are so happy we went with the Sheraton for our reception! Jeff and his team were so accommodating to us! Anytime we had a question or needed something prior to the wedding, they responded to us within the same day. I had changed where I was getting ready the week prior and they were more than happy to help to take the stress off my hands. The food was absolutely amazing and the venue was so beautifully lit to match my decor! They set up and cleaned up everything so Brian and I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding! I can't thank this hotel enough for all their help on making our wedding day so perfect!

We can't thank everyone at the Sheraton enough for everything they did for our wedding, especially Jeff. We initially signed on with Raquel (the wedding coordinator at the time) a year prior to our event. However, like what many wedding venues experience, she ended up leaving as we really started to communicate with the Sheraton regarding our wedding day details. Of course, as most brides would, I started to freak out after hearing our wedding coordinator was no longer there. However, I was quickly relaxed when I started working with Jeff. Jeff was always so quick to respond to my questions, was ready for them, and was always two steps ahead. He was also very accommodating and flexible with our requests and was always excited to talk to us about our event, even though he does weddings and other events all the time. He wanted to make sure our day was perfect and how we wanted it, which was nice to see and experience. Our wedding day was everything we wanted and EVERYONE helping with our event was so AMAZING and so nice. They made sure we were well taken care of, as well as our parents, and made sure our guests had everything they needed throughout the night. We couldn't have asked for better service. The food was amazing and just how we experienced it when we had our tasting. The presentation of the food and the food itself was well liked by our guests, no one had any complaints. We had our ceremony (inside) and reception at the Sheraton. Everything was set up how we wanted. Some of our guests stayed the night, and all had positive things to say about the rooms. The only issue with the front desk and check-in was that they didn't give out some of the welcome bags to our guests, which was a little upsetting. However, it is only a minor detail in the overall experience at the Sheraton and was also separate from everyone who was helping with our actual ceremony and reception. Not a deal breaker. My husband and I are so happy we chose the Sheraton as our wedding venue!

The staff at The Sheraton were so kind to me. My mom and I were very pleased with the services executed. Our wedding was perfect from the food and drinks and level of comfort offered to our guest. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you. Happy bride

Do not question anything - book your wedding here, you will not be disappointed! The Sheraton Valley Forge is surely a hidden gem. Not only does it offer a modern and clean feel, but the food and service exceeded all expectations. The overall venue and accommodations make for a fantastic wedding experience. A bonus is that Raquel is exceptional to work with. She was there throughout the process and resolved any question or concern in a timely and flawless manner. In addition, the day of Sheraton team (Sara, Andy, etc.) also did a phenomenal job and helped make this the most memorable day of our lives. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our experience.

While searching for wedding venues, I had some big ideas and had no idea how to pull it off. I wanted family style Indian and American food for our reception to keep a blend of Western and Indian heritage as my fiance is Italian, Irish and German and I am Indian. I also wanted it to feel like people were in an elegant place to dance and enjoy themselves without feeling like it was just any other hotel. The Sheraton Valley Forge had all the qualities I needed and wanted for our big night this past weekend and I can't thank them and especially Raquel enough. Throughout the planning process Raquel was in constant communication even when she was on vacation and getting engaged! She completely understands a bride's fears and knows how to handle every single on of them. She's very real and pulled this amazing event together for us. We can't thank her and the team that made our wedding happen enough. With her constant support, we were able to have family style for 320 people, a homemade photo booth, a night of dancing the night away, and fantastic bartenders. I can't say enough about the team at the Sheraton. Our caterers, Rasoi, did a fantastic job pulling together American style appetizers and dinners as well and they knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend going to the Sheraton for a fusion/Indian wedding. They've handled the chaos before and they did not break a sweat even with my insane family. Thank you!!!!!

You will NOT be disappointed booking at the Sheraton Valley Forge hotel!!! Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, but the staff is the greatest I have ever come in contact with! They were incredibly attentive to ALL of our guests, and made sure the entire event ran smoothly. I had a private server named Sara, and she was absolutely wonderful! She made sure I had everything I needed at all times of the night. Andy was also AMAZING! The bar closed right after our wedding, and we had tons of guests that we promised an after-party to. Andy came to the rescue and set us up in a room that we could all hang out in so the night didn't have to end! Last but CERTAINLY not lease, Raquel!!! I MEAN WOW! This lady is a big reason why we decided to book our wedding here. From beginning to end, she was magnificent. She didn't mind my incessant texting throughout the entire year leading up to the wedding, and then she ran my rehearsal for my since my officiant couldn't be in attendance. Then, on the day of, she made sure both the ceremony room and the reception room was set up exactly the way we had discussed and how I wanted it to be. She was pure perfection!!! The other staff members were just such a pleasure to deal with and all of my guests had an amazing time! I wish I could go back and do it again!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AMAZING TEAM AND VENUE!!!!

The staff at the Sheraton Valley Forge is so incredibly friendly and extremely accommodating to all of your needs throughout your special day! Raquel in particular was amazing - super responsive in terms of getting back to you about any concerns you have throughout the process of planning the event.

Not to mention that the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and was exactly what we had in mind when we were thinking about where we wanted to get married. We had about 325 guests attend our wedding and the space in the Grand Ballroom along with the attached ballrooms was more than enough space to accommodate everyone.

Raquel and the staff thought of everything when it came to the event - she even designated a particular staff member whose sole responsibility was to take care of the bride and the groom in terms of getting us food or anything else we may have needed throughout the weekend. She was absolutely wonderful!! Everyone was so kind and the service is unparalleled. Overall, having our wedding at the Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel was a dream come true thanks to everyone who was involved and we couldn't imagine starting our lives together with a grander event at a more perfect venue!

The wedding was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and made us feel so taken care of. The food was the best wedding food I have ever had!

We had our daughter and son in laws wedding reception at the Sheraton of Valley Forge! It was truly spectacular from beginning to end! Everything was amazing and way better than we anticipated! The service was absolutely unbelievable. Raquel Sanchez The wedding Cordinator, was a great help from beginning to end, we were so well taken care of and every detail was perfect. Any questions/request we had her response was immediate. Andy, the head waiter was an absolute blast to work with, he made sure everything we or our guests needed was taken care of immediately! He then turned around in the morning and served us an amazing morning brunch! Tyrone was also truly wonderful, he was everywhere! Anything we needed, he took care of it! All of the wait staff was so accommodating, not only to the bride and groom but to everyone! Loved having a private room for wedding party to freshen up and eat hors d'oeuvres (which were unbelievable). We have received so many compliments on how awesome the wedding was and delicious the food was! We also had the Venetian dessert buffet which was over and above what we had hoped for! It was worth every penny. The Starbucks coffee was such a nice treat! The ice sculpture was beautiful and all of the desserts were so delicious! The lighting in the room is so beautiful and set the mood for a wonderful evening of dancing and fun! We also extended the reception for an extra hour and they danced the whole time! The best part was our ride home was an elevator ride up to our room! The Hotel room was beautiful! The hotel staff was very helpful also. If you are searching for a wedding that you will never forget you found the right spot! My daughter and Son in law said it was the best day of their lives!

Raquel and her team are amazing! Despite having an amazing honeymoon, our wedding day was the best day of my life! It was beyond my expectations. Everyone is so helpful and they truly make the stresses of wedding planning so easy. If you want your day to be just as you pictured it as a little girl, this is the place to be!

We had such a fabulous wedding at the Sheraton! Raquel worked closely with us from the beginning and really helped us with creating a day that was perfect for us! There was no point in time that I felt overwhelmed or questioned how the place would look and if our decor would be setup the way I pictured. She was always jotting down notes and on the day of the wedding everything was just as we hoped and wanted. Raquel was always available and responsive to my texts, calls, emails, and our meetings. The day of the wedding she was checking in on us constantly and making sure we were happy! Our menu was great and we received lots of good reviews on how tasty the food was. The rest of the staff was a joy!!!! Andy killed it all night and don't get me started on the next morning, all of our things were packed and he helped us load everything in the car. He was a true gentleman. Overall I would say the team at the Sheraton in Valley Forge is A+, good customer service is hard to come by these days so thank you for all you did and for making our wedding day literally the best day ever!!!

As someone in the event industry, I was incredibly selective about all of the vendors I was going to use for my own party. This was not a wedding, but a B'nai Mitzvah for my twins. To say that we were delighted is an understatement. I would give 6 stars if I could. Everyone that we worked with at the Sheraton was exceptional and they made sure that everything was perfect. In particular, I cannot say enough good things about our representative Noreen Gilbert. She understood our vision, heard all of our concerns, and made sure that not only did everything we wanted to have happened happen, but that they happened flawlessly. My family will be forever grateful for all of your hard work last weekend. You knocked it out of the park and we are still riding high on memories that will last a lifetime. My now husband and I, would like to give a BIG thank you to the Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel for hosting our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and wedding reception! It was the best night of our lives !!!!!!!!!!! We can't thank the Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel enough for fully committing and providing us with nothing but top notch service!!!!!!! Every last detail was taken care of and made possible because of the hardworking staff. From the bartenders, to the wait staff, to the delicious food, to our own personal butler Andy...we could not have dreamed of a better experience!!!!! All of our guests were thrilled with the service and how beautiful the hotel is! They would not stop telling us about how comfortable they were in their hotel rooms!

Brides and Grooms- hands down best place to get married in the Greater Philadelphia area! If your looking for a modern, CARE FREE, hands downs best wedding day experience The Sheraton Of Valley Forge is your place! We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception here and we would have never thought to have it anywhere else. From the service to the amenities this place has it all. All of the staff are very friendly and I knew and trusted that all of our guests would be taken care of and have a great time! Our coordinator Raquel made everything flawless and also assisted in a lot of the small details; we were blown away with how she was able to take our vision(s) to the next level; beyond our imagination gorgeous! Whenever we had a question or concern she and the rest of the staff were easy to contact and got responses promptly. The food at the venue is five stars delicious, we had so many friends and family comment about how awesome every dish was! You can customize the cocktail hour to something personal and fun from many different food bar and drink options. This is a laundry list of things but we cannot talk enough about every moment the Sheraton helped us create to make our wedding the most special day of our lives. So, bride to bride, Definately consider this an option for your special day!

Everything about the venue and the people that we worked with was top notch, we were pleased with everything

I was a guest at this wedding and I found the service to be exemplary. In particular the servers Edward and Tyrone were personable, funny, and ultra courteous.

After researching multiple venues for our wedding, we chose the Sheraton Valley Forge. We were a little hesitant because did not know anyone else who had their wedding there and it is a relatively new venue. We are very much glad we picked it.

We had an Indian Wedding and live in the Lehigh Valley. Raquel was our event manager and she was truly incredible. Sheraton VF is about an hour away from the Lehigh Valley as well as Edison, NJ. This helped because it was in proximity to a majority of our guests. The property is only a few years old and the hotel rooms are really nice. The ballroom was gorgeous and the LED up-light add a great vibe to it. The hotel itself added an extra layer of glamour to our wedding and allowed for everyone to stay their and celebrate.

The hotel staff was very accommodating to most of our requests and ensured everything went smoothly. Especially due to the complexity of an Indian wedding, they were very familiar with most of the different activities and foods. I would highly Sheraton Valley Forge for anyone looking to have an Indian Wedding.

Raquel, Andy, and the Sheraton Valley Forge staff were flawless for our wedding. They accommodated all of our requests, assisted with the set-up of the ceremony, made the ballroom look absolutely perfect, and served food and drinks that our guests are still talking about. From the hotel lobby to the ballroom, all of the space is just wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding. Not to mention, everyone had so much fun!

The Sheraton valley forge was an amazing venue and so happy we chose it for our wedding. They made our vision come to life, and we couldn't of asked for anything more. Raquel was awesome and made all of our requests possible. I would highly recommend this beautiful venue !!

We blocked rooms at the Sheraton Valley Forge before and after our wedding. They were incredible. My bridesmaids and I stayed the night before in the corner suite. It was hugeeeeee for us to get ready in, not to mention there is a wall of windows providing beautiful natural light for hair and makeup. The entire hotel is stunning, and impeccably clean. Our guests paid $99 for a standard room or $119 for a suite. This was very affordable. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast for $14.95 that includes fresh omelettes, pancakes, fruit, etc. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and literally responded within minutes of every request for more towels, etc. This was impressive considering there were 4 wedding parties in house that day.

Excellent venue. the food was great. Service was amazing. We were very happy with Ray Sowden our event manager. He made sure every detail was correct and worked well with us to plan an amazing Bar Mitzvah. We are so happy with event that we are booking our next event with him and the Hotel. Our guests that stayed at the hotel were very happy during their stay.

The Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel did an amazing job making the wedding of our dreams come to a reality. The event coordinator, Noreen Gilbert did a wonderful job from day 1. She made us feel comfortable, at ease and most importantly we knew that we were going to have a great wedding with her help. The whole wedding planning experience was a blast because of her knowledge, expertise, professionalism and being so personable.

We were the first wedding at this venue. It is beautiful, clean, lovely rooms and suites - very comfortable. Noreen, the banquet coordinator, made sure our events ran seamlessly. We were all very pleased with this venue and would recommend to anyone. Ballroom is very pretty. Our guests had a great time and were very comfortable in their rooms.

Ray went above and beyond to make this an amazing event! He was always available to meet and plan my party.Ray was professional, creative, and extremely knowledgable about event planning. The key to the night was the room. He selected the Centenial I which was perfect for our guests.The food was delicious! The staff impecable and made each guest feel special. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. I couldn't have picked a better venue.

The Sheraton Valley Forge is extremely easy to work with. The venue was perfect for our wedding and felt that pricing was very fair. They are willing to work with you on any of your wants and needs are were extremely accommodating with all of our requests. I would recommend The Sheraton for any party, wedding, or any upcoming occasion. We'd love to be able to do it all over again!

I could not have picked a better venue to have my reception! Everyone there was great and very accommodating! The room lights up on the walls and they have a white dance floor, all upgrades that you would make at other venues were all included. The food was delicious and the wait staff couldn't have been nicer. Raquel our coordinator was beyond fantastic! We loved it and would recommend it to anyone. The only downside is that our after party in one of the hotel rooms was broken up by security who insisted that there was only supposed to be 4 people in a room.

This was the perfect place for our wedding. From the initial booking to the ceremony they were definitely on point. Diana Elizabeth, and Layla handled everything with such professionalism and excitement it just was a joy to work with them. The rooms were excellent, the service awesome, and the food..well let me say Chef Michael did his thing, how I know my guest are still talking about how good the food was. I definitely recommend this place to hold whatever event your having. They will always make it special.

Our wedding was storybook like you read about. The food was absolutely spectacular and Raquel was a great coordinator; she made sure everything was on point.

My husband and I had the honor of utilizing Sheraton Valley Forge's Grand Ballroom for our wedding reception. This was the best decision we made! Jeff Sands was the most responsive, timely and flexible vendor I worked with throughout the entire planning process, and trust me, I worked with A LOT of vendors! He accommodated all my needs and requests without hesitation.

The grand ballroom was absolutely stunning and spacious. My favorite characteristic about the ballroom was the WHITE dance floor. Not only was it white, which is very unique, but it was HUGE. My guests (all 192 of them) were able to dance all night long without bumping or stepping into each other. At one point we had two dance circles going at the same time! We also fell in love with the high mirrors surrounding the ballroom and lights (which change colors to your preference). In addition to the beautiful atmosphere, the staff and service was incredible! Staff were very excited about our wedding, and at times, I forgot they were staff. The Sheraton staff were flexible, accommodating, professional, and personable. Because of these characteristics of the staff and ballroom, my husband and I were able to have the wedding of our dreams! I would highly recommend Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel to anyone who is searching for a value who goes above and beyond and makes the stressful planning process so much easier for their clients.

The Sheraton valley forge had a lot to offer. The ballroom was absolutey beautiful and was set up just how I pictured. The staff did everything possible to make our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception very classy and just wonderful. They were very helpful and everything went just as planned. I was very happy with everything and I would recommend it to all.

We had an Indian wedding for about 400 people here last month. Our experience with the Sheraton Valley Forge was mostly great. The venue has done a lot of Indian weddings, so they were well-versed in the specifics for that, from the location of the baraat to the size of the stage for a mandap. The venue is spacious even for a large wedding. Pricing was probably middle of the road, comparing with similar venues in the area. Jeff Sands was a great point person, very accessible and promptly responded to all our questions whether by email, text, or phone. He never got annoyed when we asked questions about small details, such as sizes of tables, table number holders, lighting, which door to enter from, etc. He also communicated with our decorator in advance to figure out the size of the stage and setup of chairs, etc. He allowed us to bring our own dry snacks to be served in the hallway during the baraat and ceremony. To plan the seating assignments, Jeff gave us access to an app called SocialTables, which allowed us to play around with the placement of tables and number of guests per table. This was very convenient for planning this aspect, which required multiple people's input, and ultimately Jeff's staff to make it happen. Jeff's staff had the tables set perfectly in time for the reception, and also had the place cards (with table assignments) laid out during cocktail hour. Booking hotel rooms was a bit chaotic (since it was Memorial Day weekend and there was a large soccer group staying at the hotel; also because we had so many guests for whom we booked rooms or reserved blocks in advance) but Jeannine Bates was lovely and worked closely with my parents to ensure that this all went smoothly. They also have a breakfast buffet (with made to order omelettes) which we had our guests take advantage of the following morning. This was convenient, with good hours (6 AM to 11 AM I think), although the seating area was pretty small. Overall, great experience with this venue!

If you want your wedding to not break the bank but you want it to LOOK like you did. I used the Sheraton Valley Forge for my wedding and reception. It was amazing. Having everything in one place made for easy planning. The rooms were beautiful, the food was great, Raquel was always available to help with anything we needed. I would absolutely recommend having your wedding here. We were beyond happy with everything. The per person cost was amazingly cheap compared to that of other venues because they don't charge for alcohol. You can spend between $100 and $120 per person and have little to no outside or surprise costs and STILL have a classy wedding. Also a lot of things are done for you so if you are not crazy into wedding planning and pinterest level wedding specification, you can actually have fun at your wedding instead of worrying about all of your DIY projects. The staff is super nice and helpful, the hotel shuttle is super useful for day-of running around, and everyone there genuinely wants you to have fun on your wedding day. I have no complaints. Great venue, great price, great pictures, great people!

The Sheraton valley forge hotel was a beautiful place to have our wedding reception. The venue is new and beautiful and the food was great. It was a pleasure working with Raquel planning the wedding down to every last detail. She made it easy and made sure that everything I requested and asked her to do was done. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton to anyone who wants to have a beautiful and classy wedding at a reasonable price.

We booked here with Raquel the coordinator and then 30 days before the wedding we were told she wasn't there anymore. We had to start everything from scratch and when I stated that I never received return emails from Raquel I wasn't even offered an apology. The new coordinator was like a used car salesman and left our event without telling us so when a problem arose we had no idea who to talk to. Also the room was set up wrong. The food was amazing and the wait staff and bartenders were A+ over all we had a nice event and our guests didn't notice anything wrong but if I'm spending that much money I'd rather go somewhere with better customer service and people who will take accountability for mistakes. When I look back on my wedding day everything was perfect, I just wish I could associate it with good customer service but I can't.

I recently got married there September 3, 2017.When I had initially visited the venue, I had met with their sales and catering manager Raquel Sanchez.She was pleasant and gave us the assurance that booking the Sheraton for our wedding would be the best decision we would make.After we had signed the contract, Raquel said she was our point person.My wife and I called Raquel several times because we wanted to go ahead and start planning our wedding.We never heard from Raquel to this day, we left her several messages and emails and finally, after weeks, we were put in touch with Jeff Sands.We had then learned that Raquel was no longer employed at Sheraton.Jeff Sands was the Director of catering, he was also pleasant and assured us that our wedding would go smoothly.Unfortunately, nothing went smoothly and in fact my wedding day was nothing short of a chaotic nightmare.The contract we signed gave us a maître d, captain and white glove service, we did not receive a captain, or a single server that had any serving, hosting, and bartending experience. During our reception, we were only given 4 bartenders, the contract stated we would get 1 bartender per 75 guests, my wedding reception had 650 guests. The bars were understocked with bar tools, glassware, liquor and staff. I had to wait myself being the groom for a drink, because the bartender said she didn’t have a shaker.The contract had also stated the venue would provide 2 servers per 3 tables, which was the biggest lie of all because no one was there to refill waters during the dinner nor was there anyone to pick up plates or refold dinner napkins.My guests had to get up and get water themselves.The hotel was so incredibly under staffed, that my family had to help clean up the rooms for breakfast the next morning.To ensure our guests have a nice breakfast the morning after our wedding we had paid extra to have breakfast in the last section of the ballroom.There is not enough space to write all the complaints we had.
