Shelly recently was the travel agent for my wedding to Punta Cana in July. We started planning about a year and a half in advance. She gave me hotel recommendations all to meet my vision of the wedding of my dreams. When we decided on dreams palm beach she not only worked with my guests but also with my wedding coordinator to make sure everything was perfect. We would message multiple times a day the past year and a half. Any questions I had she addressed and answered all my concerns. With the recent incidents in June in Punta Cana things got very stressful but she made sure all my worries were taken care of and was even going to change my locations a month before the wedding but I decided not to. Shelley came to my wedding, greeted my guests upon check in with welcome bags and still worked while she was there. The resort did mess up on room requests and other transfer issues that were out of her control. She had detailed sheets for both the resort and transfer company.
