Amazing and very Friendly!!

I’m very thankful for Sheena Marie and her team!! They played a major part in making my wedding day special. My bridal makeup and my bridesmaids makeup was absolutely beautiful!! Just a as I imagined it to me. Sheena and her team were very friendly. We laughed, had great conversation, and just enjoyed the moment all while getting our makeup done. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone I come across. Thanks again Sheena!!

I used the mobile location for my vow renewal in Las Vegas. I was running majorly behind after being in the hospital the morning of my ceremony, but the team was willing to accommodate me and change my appointment time.

My MUA was very friendly and personable. She gave me the natural beat that I was looking for and I slayed on my day. I got so many compliments on my makeup and continue to get compliments on my pictures.

There are much better bridal makeup experiences in the chicagoland area

I decided to book Sheena Marie's bridal makeup/hair after having to reschedule my wedding due to Covid and my original artists being available. I really wish I would have rescheduled my wedding date instead. This vendor made my day of makeup an absolute nightmare, had me sign a contract with very specific terms and then changed the terms the day of my wedding while I was getting my hair and makeup done resulting in hundreds of dollars in charges/late fees. Honestly, for the service and overall attitude of the coordinator, none of it was worth it. There are so many talented, professional artists in the city who understand how important a Bride's day is and make sure to be as thorough and kind as possible. I would definitely advise not to go with Sheena Marie and my wedding planner has put them on a do not use list as well.

Not the best experience

My experience with Sheena Marie in Vegas was far from extraordinary. I will say that Michele did try to make up for our experience but the initial contact with the Vegas staff was extremely unprofessional. No contact was made prior to my wedding day to ensure things went smooth and verify the make up and or hair styles we had submitted. There seemed to be a disconnect with the owner and stylist. No one arrived on time and no one was prepared for the styles we were getting. Everyone was not happy with their makeup but there wasn’t time to deal with that. Touch up make up was not provided for me (the bride) as promised.

MUA cancelled my appointment with no explanation!

Frst of all, it was difficult to make an appt.for the las vegas location..When I did get an appt. it was canceled the evening before my event...no explanation and 6 days later...still no explanation. requested refund and it was given in a timely fashion. this incident is so unusual for SHHENA MARIE, because I use their Matteson location frequently when I am in the Chicago area along with 3 to 4 other ladies..The beauty of it all...we have choices!
