Great Experience
We decided to add transportation to the wedding venue last minute and Shark Limos did not disappoint. They were on time, the bus was clean and cool, and when the driver could tell I was nervous, he kept me laughing! Highly recommend!

Very nice quality limo!
Shark limousines was awesome! Our limo arrived on time to pick us up and transport the bridal party to the venue! Very clean and the driver was very accommodating to our flower girls by playing kid-friendly music. The driver was even early to pick us up from the venue to our hotel after the reception was over. Would definitely recommend this limo service.

Great Service
This was the best value that I could find in the San Antonio area so we decided to go with it. I was a little hesitant thinking that I might get what I paid for but I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Our driver Jeff was top notch professional, the cost was low, the fleet is clean! So happy with Shark.

Do not hire them
DO NOT USE THEM!
If I could post with zero stars I 100% would do so.
Hired them to transport our family for a small wedding and was INCREDIBLY upset with how bad their vehicle was, their driver behaved, and overall service. Planning went very well with them, they helped figure out the right vehicle for our small party and how much time we needed to account for transportation from Downtown San Antonio out to Boerne. Then the day of our wedding, first the sprinter van showed up to the hotel late. So it got to the venue even later than it was supposed to. Again, this was after our initial conversation with Shark/Elite about how much time it would take to get from the hotel to the venue. They were wrong. Driver was told the area we were in didn't have good cell phone reception, and he wasn't familiar with the area either, we also told him it was going to be a short ceremony and to stay at the venue. He decided he knew better and went out to go find some food. We leave the venue and he is no where to be seen! Trying to call him from land line phone at venue, he had no service or he ignored it. Tried calling the office and nobody there was answering. He finally came back almost an hour later and tried to keep on assuring us we were on time, even though we clearly weren't and kept telling him that, he ignored us and just assured us we were on time and everything was fine. Getting on the van, ugh, the van we got was NOTHING like what was shown to us in the pictures on their site. Seats were torn, air didn't work, there was one single bottle of water and six cups for twelve people..... We finally made it back to the hotel over an hour late because the driver decided he didn't want to follow Google map navigation to avoid traffic (We were able to see navigation on his phone from it mounted on the dashboard).
Do not use Shark/Elite Transportation, whatever their name is. Their drivers have their own idea for the timeline, the pictures of their vehicles on their website cannot be trusted, coordinating the planning of timeline with the company is completely off. Almost ruined our wedding, completely lost time with vendors.
We passed along our experience to our hotel, planner, and every other vendor associated with our wedding and they all are removing this company from this lists of preferred vendors.
