Initially my daughter and I were going to use our personal salons for wedding hair. After having trials, we decided we really needed someone who specialized in wedding hair. I spent 2 days researching hair artists that were not too far from our venue, reasonable, reliable and who had exceptional reviews. I came across Shannon and was really impressed by her reviews and portfolio. We went to her for a trial at the salon she works at not too far from her home and I had no idea what I wanted to do other than a low updo. Shannon was able to recommend the perfect updo based on personality, coloring, age and the dress I was wearing. I completely put my trust in her. My daughter knew exactly what she wanted and Shannon was able to duplicate a picture to perfection. Her and her assistant Amy worked well together. They were on time and had all the equipment they needed and set up efficiently. With a large wedding party of 7 adults and 2 children, they planned out how much time they need with each girl. They worked straight though and did not even request a break. They were very professional and very relaxed while working. They even took interest in our makeup artist. They wanted to finish an hour prior to the ceremony and finished exactly when they said they would. They even went back and did touch ups. Every wedding party member was very happy with their hair. I highly recommend Shannon, she knows how to do weddings! Shannon is a busy lady, who works at a salon does weddings on the weekends and raising a family! She will also post your pics on her web site! Shannon is very motivated and she and her team will be totally there for you and your needs!

Shannon was awesome , she did a great job . She is so nice and made our time getting ready relaxing and fun . She was very efficient and finished our hair earlier than planned which was great because it gave us time to relax/breathe before we had to leave for pictures. Shannon was amazing! A friend of mine recommended her to me, I had no idea who to use for hair, as soon as I met her I knew I would have her do my wedding! She is very friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, and professional! I now use her as my hairdresser at Teeka Lynn’s salon in Halifax, Ma. She was at my house day of the wedding at 9am. All of my bridesmaids and my mother loved their hair, the all looked beautiful. My hair was gorgeous, exactly what I asked for, I felt like a beautiful princess on my wedding day! Shannon also recommended a makeup artist for me as well, and I went with her recommendation. I will be recommending Shannon to future brides! And the price was great as well!
