We met with Dortha at Set the Mood Floral and immediately knew we wanted her to be the florist for my daughter's wedding! Not only was Dortha kind and knowledgeable, but she also understood our vision. Dortha is a great communicator, and she ensured we knew what flowers would be in season and within our budget. Everything from the bridal bouquet to the centerpieces was gorgeous! We can't thank Dortha enough for making our daughter's dream wedding a reality. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Dortha was wonderful to work with! Going in we had no idea of what we wanted with our flowers. Dortha guided us through flower selection and color matching and arrangements. She was always open to our preferences and always had a suggestion when we weren't sure what to do. She was very accommodating of our budget and helped us pick out flower arrangements to stay within budget. She was kind and experienced and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for flower arrangements.

Dortha was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had a vision for our wedding, and because of the time of year in Arizona she helped me select what would do best in the Arizona heat, and in the mean time, made my vision look foolish with what she came up with! Her talent and eye for detail was high quality and we will be recommending her from here on out! Dortha also came by while myself as a bride was waiting in the bridal suite to be waiting to walk down the aisle, in a very nervous setting she made me feel relaxed and ready to see my ceremony and reception hall. Dortha at Set the Mood floral was phenomenal. Since our first meeting, she was attentive, creative, and even patient as I sorted through what we wanted for our special day. She was kind enough to make mockups and took our feedback into consideration when making the final pieces. I could not have asked for a better result. However, Dortha was able to make designs that matched perfectly with our wedding. Many guests commented on how beautiful they were and how much they loved them. I didn’t expect to care about the flowers so much, but when I saw how perfect they were I was so happy we had found Set the Mood Floral. If I would’ve planned better, I would’ve found a way to get my bouquet pressed so I could keep it, it was that beautiful! Dortha herself is such a friendly and easy to talk to person. At a time that many florists are taking advantage of post COVID times, Dortha simply came in to provide us with what we wanted as a wedding client. No preset minimums. She designed around what we wanted. Her custom designs and creative ideas were beyond our expectation. We truly love her! Anyone would be blessed to have her design the flowers for their special event too……
