Our wedding planner booked Service Gem Events as part of our venue package with the RoseMary Barn and they were fabulous! They took care of all of our guests and made clean-up super easy at the end of the night.

Cassie and the team at Service Gem were absolutely amazing! Cassie answered all the questions I was very helpful leading up to our wedding! The day of the wedding they were amazing in getting the bar set up and everyone had nothing but good things to say about the bartenders. We decided to use their margarita machine and what a great choice! Their mango margaritas were soooo good! We also used Service Gem for a coffee/hot chocolate bar and it was a huge hit! They brought several toppings and flavors that allowed the guests to customize their drink. I will continue to recommend Service Gem to anyone that requires services like these and will be sure to use them in the future myself!

A few days before my wedding i believe i spoke with Chelsea about the day in more details. She had asked my preferences on a few things and we talked about what i had learned as a result of my sisters wedding where she did not have a service like yours. Chelsea really made me feel confident in the service her team would be providing.

We are now home from our honeymoon and have had time to talk with everyone that was a part of making our day phenomenal and absolutely everyone has been incredibly complimentary of your staff!! We had some elderly guests that very well taken care of. My dad said his tea glass was never even half way empty because someone was always offering a refill. We noticed your staff walking outside to dispose of trash instead of through the reception area. My photographer has been sending me some pictures and there was never any trash in the background. Someone spilled a drink on the dance floor and it caused my husband to slip and fall and your staff was immediately over there drying the floor. After the reception was over, my parents were asked by your staff what they needed help with. All in all it was an amazing night due, in part to service gems. We used service gems for bussing as well as bartending.

As the mother of the bride, I must say that Service Gem Events saved me so much time and stress and allowed me to enjoy my daughter's wedding without the worry of clean up, serving the cake, bussing tables, and much more. They were absolutely amazing. Without this company, I would not have been able to enjoy the evening with my daughter, my family, and friends. After the bride and groom left, I was able to leave quickly myself. Had I not hired Service Gem Events, I would have had to spend another hour or so cleaning up the venue. Needless to say that at eleven-thirty at night after being at the venue all day, I was exhausted and so thankful that they had been there. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring them for any event. Service Gem Events - As mother of the bride, I am singing praises for Service Gem Events! This conpany stepped in for us when the original bar service / catering company cancelled on my daughter’s wedding/reception 3 days before the wedding which was on Valentine's Day! It was looking like the event was going to be a disaster, but our beautiful venue owners of Avalon Legacy Ranch, referred Service Gem Events to us and they saved the day! Service Gen Events pulled everything together by handled the bar service, served the originally planned bar thinks all evening, served dinner drinks, served cocktail hour drinks and appetizers, provided the table place settings, all of the drink glasses, provided cake cutting service, set everything up, served the food we had originally requested and provided complete clean up afterward! All done with style and smiles! They also gave us an extremely good rate, especially considering it was Valentine's Day and last minute! I cannot thank them enough! They were a blessing on my daughter’s special day! I highly recommend this team of professionals
