Can’t recommend Serenity Tree Yoga & Alyssa enough! Planned to do beach yoga on Sullivans, but was pouring rain, she came to our home, and with the peaceful sound of the rain it was perfect. Very personable and professional! Absolutely loved it!

We recently booked with Serenity Tree Yoga for our best friend's bachelorette celebration! It was a beautiful session to help her relax before her big day. The pacing and level was perfect. Our instructor was knowledgable and accomodating to our personal health needs. The all natural oil used during the massage smelled amazing; I plan on buying some for my day to day life! I plan on scheduling with Serenity Tree for my own bach next year! Thank you so much for a flawless experience!

Beach yoga with Serenity Tree Yoga was the most relaxing and amazing experience! My husband booked for our mom group and I was a bit nervous as we had partied a bit too hard the night before. However, Melora was wonderful and customized the session to our group's needs. On top of the smooth movements, Melora gently guided each of us to enhance our flow. We ended the session with a cold cloth and a lengthy shavasana. It was the perfect activity to cure our hangovers. Highly recommend to any group!

Organizing/Process:
I set up a Yoga Session for my Neurosurgery Residents, and Melora was so thoughtful and helpful during the whole process. Working for the state, we have to jump through hoops to get Invoices, POs, etc. and Melora was so kind to accommodate our needs!
I also needed to change the session time from morning to late afternoon 3 days before the session, and her team was so quick and easily worked with me!! Honestly, working with them was so easy and refreshing.

Instructor/Session:
Ally was our instructor, and she was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I warned her that my residents were competitive & may likely "compete" with each other doing advanced poses, and she swiftly adopted her approach to safely promote it and have fun with it! Some of us were newbies, so she provided a few of us with a multitude of adjustments and beginner poses! She was so fluid with her approach.
I was told by Ally that Melora makes her essential oil blend, and she takes great pride and care in using only the best quality! I can tell because the blend used during our session was heavenly.

I TRULY recommend Serenity Tree Yoga! My resident is now planning on using them for her upcoming Bachelorette party :)!

Megan was an excellent instructor! We were able to flexibly change plans to accommodate the weather and she was able to help all of us yoga-beginners to participate in the session.

This activity was so fun. The setting, yogi, and routine were all perfect and we could not have asked for a better way to kick off our Bachelorette weekend!

STY provided yoga for my husband and I the morning of our wedding at our venue. It was such an incredibly personalized experience that was tailored to each of our experience levels. Our instructor Lauren was such a calming presence and helped set the perfect tone for our day, with us slowing us and connecting to each other. I cannot recommend STY enough, especially for couples on their wedding day!

t’s not everyday you get married and it is so easy to forget in the wonderful craziness to take a moment for yourself. When I decided to do Bridal Yoga I was excited to share a peaceful moment with my bridesmaids. I didn’t realize just how much I needed it to ground, breath, and remember what is important on that most special of days. The calm and happiness that I gained in our practice stayed with me through my entire wedding day. Melora helped to remind me to dig my feet in the ground, not sweat the small stuff, and enjoy the moment. And… I was getting a good workout in the entire time! Incredible.
Melora has a gift. She brings so much positive energy, light, love and happiness to her yoga sessions. She reminds me to be content, to breath, and to appreciate just being present and in the moment. Melora has the most calming and friendly energy! My sister booked her for a private bachelorette yoga session in January, and when the day came, it turned out to be a little too cold for the beach. She was super flexible and came out to our rental house on Folly instead, and we set everything up in the living room. It was such a peaceful, relaxing time! Just what we needed before taking on a day of crazy bachelorette fun! I would absolutely recommend booking a session for your bachelorette, or if you're local, checking out her beach yoga classes when the weather is warm!
