My name is Kelsey Ashy I am originally from Charleston, SC. I attended Kennesaw State University where I got a degree in Dance. Dance and yoga are my biggest passions and I love how the two movements compliment one another so well.

A sunshine chasing, animal loving, travel obsessed, open-minded yogi who wants nothing more than to share her passions with the world. I consider myself a healer to others, but who is also healing and evolving through her truth. Yin yoga is at the core of my being, and with that comes all variations of different yoga styles. Yoga is for every BODY who wants to step onto their mat, and different styles will speak to your soul in ways you’ve never thought imaginable. As one of my fellow yogis has said to me before, “the body is just a suit!”, and what really matters is your soul..

I’m 29 years old, I love to travel and experience as much as possible. I love food, dancing, music, and laughing. I’m a big yes girl for life. I’ll try most things at least once and if I don’t like it , maybe twice just to make sure. Constantly thinking about my next adventure, move, or even meal, I use yoga and breath work to ground me back to the sweet blessing of the present moment. I want to build connections through the love of self growth to help cultivate a community that empowers each other more than we judge each other.

Jennifer J Grove ~ 50% Control Freak / 50% People Pleaser. Lover of movement, plants, food, and vino. First I’m a yoga student, and second a yoga teacher, my students teach my every class they get on the mat.

A dedicated yogi, forever student, fur baby mama, and overall wellness encourager. Growing up in a small fishing town outside of Myrtle Beach – I have always had a calling to be near the sea. I find myself traveling to wonderful places but always coming home with gratitude for the coastline. I truly believe yoga is for every BODY and I love to share this lineage with as many people as I can. Yoga made its’ way into my life when I was trying to find space for myself to breathe amidst the chaos. Yoga made me strong – not just physically but mentally – and I haven’t looked back since! When I’m not teaching, I am practicing. I love to be a student of anything: yoga, school, hobbies, life! Give me the chance to learn and I’ll keep showing up to this class called life! I am very silly, always smiling, and love to laugh at myself. My aim as a teacher is to provide space for you to comfortably let go of stress and find peace from within – to feel the wind, to taste the salt in the air, to gaze upon the horizon, and just be.
