Booking with Seafood World Catering for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! If yummy food is important - I would highly recommend Seafood World Catering. The professionalism from Ann and her team made the booking process very easy. Our guests all talk about the shaking beef being one of the best dishes they ever had let alone at a wedding! We loved working with Ann and would certainly hire her again for any future events we plan to throw.

We chose this restaurant to be the location and service where our reception will be due to past experiences for almost 30 years of my own memory in Orange County. The original date was in October 2020, but Ann was able to help us accommodate the date changes due to COVID restrictions and safety of my guests. We were able to get an incredible fated date on October 2022 with a beautiful reception for me and my wife. The food is good value compared to other restaurants in the area, with Ann allowing us to customize the menu a bit from their 4 set menus. Venue was easy to work with between the MC (DJ Dewey) and Wedding Coordinator (Tadori Events) I hired. The service and collaboration between vendors is really the key to make it the best wedding possible.

Seafood World was an absolutely wonderful choice for us, especially working with Ann! Layout was beautiful and beyond what we expected. Guests enjoyed their food and had a wonderful time. Couldn't have gone better. Thank you!!

My experience with seafood world was excellent, professional, and tasty!

Ann cong assisted me and she is so caring and attentive to detail. She worked so hard to anticipate all my needs even beyond just catering, like timeline and other vendor communications. In fact, I think she works too hard because she answered me texts any time of the day even when she was on vacation!

On the wedding date, the execution of the flip and the catering service was so incredibly smooth and efficient. The food portions are sizable and my guests were full and happy.

Working with Ann at seafood world has been more than amazing! I really appreciate everything she has done and more. This event would be a disaster without her and we've been planning our wedding since 2018 with the original event date in 2020. With unforeseen circumstances like covid and personal reasons, she has been more than understanding and shown us empathy, kindness, and her generosity to help us get through this. I am so glad that our paths have crossed and I have met someone like her in my life. She truly went above and beyond from helping with the planning and the actual event, and to be so kind to extend help to a new mom with traveling and tips from the plane. I was so worried about it being a hassle with flying but she was so right about it everything. It's much easier than driving long hours from what we originally planned. My wedding planner recommended Seafood World for our wedding at Fete the Venue. I was hesitant at first but when we had the tasting at the restuarant, I knew we had to hire them. It was great Chinese banquet food, especially for it being catered. I've had their competitor's food, who is a huge name in SoCal at a friend's wedding. I must say Seafood World surpasses them with quality, taste, and was half the price. I highly recommend! All basic rentals, tools, servers, water, cutlery was taken care of and there was no surprise hiked up added costs at the end. They allowed me to adjust the menu and add fresh whole fish with an added cost that was reasonable. My guest enjoyed the food, people were full, and my family had no complaints. That's a huge win!

I would recommend anyone to this restaurant for wedding. The foods is so delicious compared to other Asian restaurants. The decorations is just ok.

Ann was a pleasure to work with - so chill and accommodating! I knew right after the tasting that we would go with Seafood World because everything was presented beautifully and tasted great! They were able to accommodate a custom menu for us as well, and catered off-site to a new venue they hadn't used before. That did make me a little nervous but on the day-of, everything went incredibly smoothly - after all, Ann is a wedding coordinator herself as well!

Ann helped us choose several dim sum items for our cocktail hour and our guests RAVED about the dim sum, especially the pork siu mai.

We had an eight course dinner menu, and our guests loved it. Even my husband's family from the midwest loved trying the dishes they've never tried before - and liked it! Definitely get the Seafood World Special Lobster and the French Style Beef.

If you're thinking of a Chinese menu for your wedding, go with Seafood World! We were so thrilled that we did!

Booking them was a breeze; we could customize each dish how we wanted I think most of my peers are worried about booking with Asian businesses for fear of getting not the promised delivered product. With Ann I felt very assured, the invoice and payment schedule was clear and detailed, Ann goes over the invoice and menu multiple times each time we met so that I was and she was clear about what we wanted/expected. On the wedding day guests raved about the food. Passed appetizers came out hot and fresh. The first course we got a customized cold platter that satisfied both the elders and our friends, then the crab soup that was flavorful (no need to add soy sauce). We added garlic noodles to our lobster which came our piping hot and plentiful. Everyone LOVE the lotus leaf fried rice; flavorful from the mushrooms and lotus leaf not from the soy sauce or fish sauce flavoring and not oily. The only dish that guests didn’t love was the fried rock cod in lobster sauce, we heard it was lukewarm and rubbery. I didn’t get to eat it that night but I re heated it the night after in the toaster oven and it tasted fine The 8 flavor duck was popular we liked the lotus sees and water chestnuts stuffed in it to give it texture. The walnut shrimp came out crispy and not over dressed. Food was plentiful, looks liked every table took food home. Cake cutting was included; we had two flavors and Ann made sure everyone got a chance to get both slices. Our baker was suppose to give us boxes so that guest could take the extra cake home but when they forgot Ann happily supplied us with her own boxes so cake would not be wasted. She is the best thing that happened to my wedding,sweet accommodating, patient with our overbearing parents, allowed me to be blissfully unaware of any problems that arose
