At first I was hesitant to order from this company based on other online reviews, but based on their satisfaction and lifetime guarantee I gave it a shot. My only complaint is that you have to pay for return shipping and ensure the package if there is an issue and you need to return or do an exchange - which I did. We sized twice, but still received the item too big and needed to resize. Other than that, I received what I ordered with no problem and the quality and engraving are great.
