Saranello's ended up being the perfect venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. We had done a lot of research into venues in and around Chicago to see what would work for us. In the end, Saranello's brought a lot to the table and we felt very comfortable that we were in good hands with their events staff. With Saranello's, you can count on the food being good, wonderful value for what you pay, and the convenience of an attached hotel for out-of-town or overnight guests. Lara and Mary were our primary contact points for the planning, and they were both lovely to deal with. They were always responsive, attentive to our concerns, and willing to make accommodations where appropriate. Lara and Mary were both incredibly professional and answered a litany of questions and addressed a variety of special requests...always doing so with a smile. They were detail-oriented and worked well with us to arrange the timeline for the evening and coordinate with vendors. Rafa, the head waiter for the event, was fabulous and brought a positive energy to everything he did. We appreciated Rafa's care during the event and all of the work he and his staff put in to make the event memorable. In the end, all of our guests enjoyed the food and the food and drink package was so generous that there was no way anyone could go home hungry.
