Everything about working with Sarah has been great! She made us feel very calm and is so kind. Our engagement pictures turned out great, and the pictures I have seen from the wedding so far, I love! She is in there getting great pictures, but without being at all noticeable. I had no clue where she even was during the ceremony! Her advice and genuine care and concern about our wedding was invaluable! Definitely would recommend, and have already as many of my guests asked for her name!

Rob and I eloped in Hawaii in late August. We held the reception at our ranch in October for friends and family to celebrate with us. Sarah drove to our home to see our venue and talk with us about family relationships and any expectations we might have. On the day of the event, Sarah and her assistant were amazing! They arrived on time and began taking family and friend photos. Sarah had a great working relationship with our wedding planner, so our event ran like clock-work. When we received a glimpse of the photos on her blog, I was amazed by how she captured our images and those of friends, family, and our ranch! I was even more amazed by the video she put together. Sarah sees the world so magnificently different with her eye and lens. Everyone commented on how beautiful and artistic our photos and video were. Sarah was so easy and fun to work with. When we first met her she took the time to get to know me and my husband, which was really nice. She also used information she obtained from us to pick a great location for our engagement pictures as well as took some fun wedding pictures for us. When we first met Sarah, she asked us a lot of questions about our big day and what we were looking for in a photogtapher, and she made us feel very comfortable right from the beginning. We did our engagement shots with her in Lexington in the fall - she had a ton of great ideas and was very open to our ideas as well. They turned out so great that we also asked her to do our family portraits that winter! When our wedding rolled around in the spring, it felt like we were old friends!
On the day of, she arrived at the venue early to get some great pictures of the ceremony location and the reception, as well as the wedding party getting ready, and she stayed late to get the last pictures of us leaving the reception. She really went above and beyond what we would have expected her to capture that day. (She even came prepared with cute umbrellas in case of the rain!)
She really was a joy to work with and I cannot say enough nice things about her.
