Sara Marie Music is a professional music performance business located in Dover, Pennsylvania. Sara Marie Courtney, the owner, serves the Central and South central areas of the state of Pennsylvania.

Experience
Sara has worked as a pianist for 28 years and as a vocalist for 19 years. She graduated Suma Cum Laude from Mansfield University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education. She earned her Masters of Science in Music Education from Towson University in 2010. Sara worked as a music teacher at Dover Area High School from 2004 to 2014.

Sara was a joy to work with and very accommodating with any requests I made. While I was not personally there to hear the music until I walked down the aisle (bride lol) I heard great things from the guests and from my husband. I would recommend her as she is reasonably priced and has a pretty wide variety of songs to choose from as well as access to any songs she does not already know. Also, she was willing to allow us to go to her house to hear her play a few songs for us. Book her!

We used Sara to play the piano and sing during our wedding ceremony. She has an extensive list of music for you to choose from which made the selection process so easy. Sara was so easy to work with. I had specific songs I knew I wanted to be played and Sara helped me plan the timing and order of the others to best achieve what I wanted. Sara is so talented and was the best addition to our ceremony.

I am so incredibly happy that Sara was available to play and sing for my wedding ceremony and reception. She was a dream come true. I had a long list of specific songs for her to play that were not in her repertoire, including accompaniment for a group of singers, and Sara said "yes" to everything. She was extremely professional during the entire process. She is also super friendly and has a charming personality. Don't hesitate to contact her for your event!

We hired Sara to play piano and sing at our wedding reception. She also took on a new song that we requested for both playing and singing. Sara was OUTSTANDING. Her voice is moving, her playing is beautiful. We heard so many compliments about her and many have asked where we found her.

She went beyond the call of duty and the song we requested she learn for us had a powerpoint presentation to go with it where timing was key. She recorded a rough version for me to practice the timing with in making the presentation and then kept on eye on it while it was live to make sure it went smoothly.

She is so extremely talented and professional, I cannot recommend her enough.

Sara was a perfect for our wedding. Talented and professional as both a singer and pianist. Her voice is especially moving and soulful even for the non-music-loving guests. Everyone was talking about her afterwards. If you want to throw a great party/reception, just hire Sara and you'll be the envy of your friends.

Sara was PERFECT! She was everthing we hoped for. Professional, fun, and has a beautiful voice. Every obe of my guest had a GREAT time! I would highly recommend Sara! My wife and I could not be happier!

Sara was awesome. She has genuine talent, is completely professional, and is totally flexible and accommodating. We had originally hired her to accompany our violinist and vocalist on the piano. When the vocalist backed out last minute, Sara picked up the slack in an amazing way. I feel so lucky that we were able to hire Sara!
