We booked Kaylen's month-of coordinator services for our Oct 2025 wedding in Burlington, VT and we swear the day would not have been possible without her!!!

Our venue didn't come with anything but catering, so we had a LOT of vendors to coordinate with, from florals to tent and table rentals and even to bathrooms. From our first convo, we knew Kaylen would be the person to take over and take our mind off of all the last-minute coordination so we could go into our wedding as stress-free as possible. She definitely delivered - and her experience shone in EVERY little blip or miscommunication we had with vendors. The most amazing thing is that each time a minor issue occurred, all we heard from Kaylen was "I got it" and "It's been taken care of" - usually within the hour!

Day of, I don't think I worried about a single thing because everything was already taken care of. After a year of planning, we were truly able to just enjoy our day and that experience is truly priceless. My now husband can also be a huge worrywart, so it really takes someone special to handle things to an extent that even he had the most carefree day! Thank you so much Kaylen!!!

I could rave about Kaylen for pages and pages. From start to finish, she created the wedding of our dreams and made me feel less stressed through the whole process! Kaylen and her whole team is absolutely incredible! We originally booked just month of coordination with Sara Judith Events and quickly realized we needed a lot more help. Kaylen jumped in as soon as we asked for an upgrade and helped with so many decisions, sourcing the best vendors, and providing the support we needed during such a stressful time. I really feel she went above and beyond for us and she remained so cool, calm and collected the whole weekend despite weather challenges.
