I cant say enough good things about the food that was served at my wedding. It was made from Scratch, hot and delish! The staff was very professional.

Sand Dollar Beach wedding gave me a magical experience for my wedding. They were professional and affordable. The catering was out of this world and the venue was stunning. Overall I'd say that my experience was fantastic and I would recommend Sand Dollar Beach Wedding to anyone who is looking for a beach wedding.

Sand Dollar Beach Weddings was amazing. They were very accommodating and the venue was gorgeous. The catering was delious (we used their referred caterer). Overall it was absolutely magical. A great experience.

I celebrated my wedding with the help of sand dollar beach weddings on June 12, 2020. It was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. As an out-of-state bride, I of course had my anxieties about what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you to Ashley for all your help and expertise. We were able to meet with her twice when making trips down to Alabama, which especially gave us insight on what to expect. Our wedding took place at the gulf state pavilion. Everything ran smoothly and everyone is still complimenting the food!

My fiancé and I have spent the last month trying to schedule our wedding. They won’t text you back even though the website says they accept them. Have called and left 7 messages with not even a response. She sent an email last week. Got back to her right away but when we scheduled a call they never called or rescheduled and the 6 emails since have gone completely ignored but they have read them because read receipt was clicked.

Do NOT book with this company under any circumstances! We had chosen this company for our wedding needs over other companies because they seemed knowledgeable about the particular area we were looking to get married. We were in for a rude awakening after giving them our initial deposit. We went months without any communication from this company. Our initial wedding coordinator would "ghost" us for months on end, and then would spontaneously restart communication with us. When the pandemic began she ghosted us again. We reached out to the owner of the company, Regina, and she said another coordinator would be in communication with us shortly. That never happened. We were at the point where we needed to postpone the wedding due to COVID restrictions and somehow came back into contact with the first coordinator, who was still not of any help. We rescheduled for August 2020 and asked to schedule a time to make a trip down to Alabama for a food tasting---ghosted again. Three weeks before our wedding, we are finally set up with wedding coordinator #2. We become hopeful that there will be more communication--NOPE! By this time, we have withheld payment for the remainder of the wedding/reception since they have not performed anything for us that is stated in the contract. We ask coordinator to deduct 3 people from the final cost, agrees, still charges us for that (~$100--never saw that refunded). Four days prior to our wedding we finally have a food tasting, but they can't serve us any of the food we had chosen for the reception because they don't have that on the menu in the restaurant. The day prior to the wedding, coordinator #2 asks us what time she can start setting up and states she will be there at 10am. Wedding day rolls around, its 11 am and she isn't at the beach house. We try calling her, no response. We call the owner, who says coordinator #2 has a family emergency (ok, we can understand that) and says they will be there in an hour. Finally, at 2 pm, two men arrive and start setting up the wedding and reception area. A woman arrives and states she is the coordinator for the day (this is #3) and the florist arrives as well. We had to argue with the coordinator for 20 minutes to set up all 34 chairs that we PAID for because she didn't have enough sashes for the chairs and the OWNERS don't think it is aesthetically pleasing. She tried to tell us that our guests could stand for our ceremony! Turns out this coordinator is actually the baker and this is her first time ever coordinating a ceremony. Let's not forget about the photographer. This woman was the absolute nicest woman we have ever met, but she was not the photographer that was previously agreed upon. We had been in touch with the other photographer a few months in the past and asked for his portfolio, we were happy with his quality of photos so we didn't bring our photographer from home with us. BIG MISTAKE! This amateur photographer gave us our pictures completely "edited" 3 days after the ceremony. Every single one of them has shadows, missing heads, etc. Overall, save yourselves the time, trouble, and headache that is associated with this company. No one else should ever have to go through the horrible way this company communicates with their couples. We were looking for a small, stress-free beach wedding, and that did not happen--it was way too stressful of a day and NO couple should have to endure that.

I had a wedding scheduled for July that was never booked by this company planed for 14 months with wedding coordinator to find out they never booked our wedding did nothing but just took our money and now we cant get anyone to respond to us to get a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY REGINA SHIPP IS THE WORST. They took our money no problem now wont return calls or emails. We were not the only ones affected by them. We have emails from state and other vendors contacting us asking what was going on they can not get a hold of this company either. They ruined our dream wedding and stole our money. please do not trust them.
