Claudio & Natalia did an AMAZING job creating an amazing day for us, along with our guests! Everything was magical! Since we are not based in SF, we purchased the Gold Signature package, which made everything so easy for us. We simply showed up and enjoyed our wedding--immensely. Every couple has some level of stress when planning the most important day of their relationship...no matter how much they feel that they have a grasp on everything. Working with Natalia of "San Francisco Weddings" showed us how valuable it was to work with someone who absolutely knew what they were doing. Her level of professionalism, kindness, and generosity with her time blew us away. Natalia met with us numerous times and really paid attention to our vision...from selecting a vendor for our flowers, set up of our venue (Shakespeare Garden in Golden Gate Park), and flow of our procession. After our final meeting with her a couple of days before our wedding, we left feeling confident that Natalia had a grasp on everything for us. Her expertise helped bring the dream we had of our wedding to fruition. She was wonderful and cordial with our guests and the vendors. We live in NY and decided to get married in SF followed by a casual wine tour to wine county together with our guests.
Living on the east coast and planning a wedding, you can imagine is not easy. We found Natalia in our search for outdoor places for ceremony in SF. We loved her initial package, where lots of things were covered, from my bridal bouquets and my husbands boutonniere to a live harpist and photographer. As the planning went, we added other things to the package, like: extra hours for photography, transportation to/ from the ceremony place (Natalia proposed this amazing idea of cable cars, which our guests loved it), champagne toast after the ceremony was done, decoration of the reception place, separate transportation for the groom and bride, the wedding cake, the band for the reception and the list can go on…Natalia took care of EVERYTHING and at a reasonable price. She will save you money, bargain with the vendors and try to get the fairest price in San Francisco.
Natalia made the planning very easy, she was on top of everything, she coordinated with all the vendors, with the Parks Department for the permit. She even helped me to find my hairdresser and make up artist. (Angeline and Monique were fantastic!!!!!).
Also, Natalia with her team made the day to run smoothly. She stayed all day to make sure that everything goes properly, checking if we need anything else and just making sure that everything went how it was planned.
