We had such a wonderful experience working with Nicole Espinosa as our wedding coordinator at the San Francisco Marriott Union Square. From the very beginning of the planning process through our wedding day, Nicole was incredibly helpful, responsive, organized, and genuinely such a pleasure to work with.

One of the things we appreciated most was how much reassurance Nicole gave us throughout the planning process. Wedding planning can feel overwhelming, but she always made us feel like we were in good hands. She consistently went above and beyond to take things off our plate and our ever-growing to-do list, which made the entire process feel so much less stressful.

Nicole was also incredibly hands-on and helped us with so many of the details that made our wedding feel personal, including designing our welcome sign, wedding menu, and other day-of stationery and paper details. We really appreciated how willing she was to jump in and help bring our vision to life.

On our wedding day, it was such a relief knowing we had someone we could trust to coordinate everything and work seamlessly with our vendors. She helped everything run smoothly so we could actually relax and enjoy our day.
