My fiance bought my engagement ring from here. They were very helpful and accommodating. I didn't like the height of the main stone, so they lowed it for free. Going so far as getting new, lower crown piece for it. The guy thought it was going to take longer than expected, but they managed to get it done on time so I could show it off at an event we were attending.
