Hi! My name is Sam Turchin and I’m a wedding & portrait photographer. I'm also a nature-loving, taco-craving, adventure-seeking Los Angeles native.

My photography style is warm, bright, and vibrant. I love to incorporate luminous light and surrounding scenery as much as possible. I’m a big fan of showcasing how epic everything is!

As for how I go about it, my philosophy is to stage naturally and to focus on the grace of the moment. I’ll work with you to put together some organic poses and candid scenes. And I guarantee that we’ll get some awesome photos in the process!

Ultimately, my mission is to photograph settings as they feel and you as you are: genuinely, uniquely, and radiantly. ✨

Sam was perfect!

Sam was our photographer for our wedding. She is incredibly talented and wonderful with our guests. She gave immaculate direction for posing (which we needed). All of our family and friends are still raving about Sam. The photos are jaw-dropping. I am so grateful and elated that Sam was our photographer.

Sam is an Incredible Artist and Human Being!

My husband and I hired Sam as our wedding/engagement photographer and she was absolutely amazing! Not only were her photographs gorgeous, timeless and classy, she delivered them quickly and was such a joy to work with. Her personality kept us calm and peaceful the entire day and we felt so fortunate to have her by our side. Sam is incredibly organized, creative and personable. She beautifully captured all of our precious moments and all of our wedding guests loved her too. Sam goes above and beyond. We highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed! :)

Engagement + Wedding Photographer - Truly amazing!

Sam is the best! When I told her I wanted to do a desert shot for my engagement shoot, she was able to immediately suggest a location. And the shots came out super cool! Fast forward to our wedding day, Sam captured every moment of our wedding! This was critical for us, as we opted out of getting a videographer, but we really didn't need it! When I saw our photo gallery, I was reliving the wedding day each step of the way. Sam's super professional, organize, creative, and easy to work with. I will book her for my maternity shoot!
