I booked appointments for my mom and I for the morning of my wedding. They answered all questions I had on the phone patiently and thoroughly. I had Sara style my hair, and decided to change it up from the hair trial, which was risky. She did an amazing job and it held so well (an outdoor wedding, half back, half down) and my hair has had trouble holding from other professional styles before. Daniele did my makeup. I asked him to do the colors a little lighter than in the trial, and he fixed it perfectly. I wanted a natural look, that would still pop for pictures and I was very pleased. My mom's stylist was not quite as good with her complicated hair, and although it took longer than it should have, it came out beautifully. Her makeup artist took the time to talk to her while her hair was being finished, so when she was able to apply the makeup she could do so quick and efficiently. Her makeup looked awesome.

I had both hair and makeup done for my wedding on 6/16/12. They were awesome! After booking my entire bridal party and our mom's for services, they provided mimosas and a bagel tray, which was a really nice touch! They did a fantastic job on everyone...we all looked absolutely stunning. This was also probably the most reasonably priced salon for hair and makeup for weddings in the area.

Salon Norman-dee provided hair for my bridesmaid and hair and make-up for me. Everyone's hair looked great and I loved my make-up. I also got a few facials there before the wedding and my skin looked great!

I have to say that I was happy with my hair and make up for myself and my girls. However, I was so disappointed that they booked TWO other wedding parties the same time and day as my party. I had TEN people getting hair and make up done. Not only did they have two other wedding parties, but other regular clients as well. Therefore I spent my morning pretty much alone and separated from my bridal party. I barely was able to talk to them since we were all so separated and had other bridal party members from other weddings around us. This also caused us to run a half hour late.....which was fine b/c I was exteremely calm the day of the wedding and I knew the photographer would start taking pictures of my dress/shoes, etc until I arrived. It was annoying though that when I finally sat down to get my make up done at 11:30 (photographer arrived at 12), a mother of the bride from a different wedding party tried to get her make up touched up. At that point I put my foot down and said I was not waiting any longer since my photographer was arriving in a half hour. The mom at that point said "ours too" and then I had to say "Yes, but I am a bride and not one ounce of make up is on me."

I just had visions leading up to the wedding of it being more private and drinking mimosas while talking and laughing w/ my bridal party and moms. NOPE!! Not like that at all!! Looking back, I wish I had someone come to the house.

Like I said, loved my hair and make up......hated the ambiance. You only have one wedding day so make sure you get the atmosphere you want! It is your day!!
