I had my hair and makeup done at this salon in Media. I had a single process color, cut and half up-do. The hair was outstanding! The red color was perfect for my skin, she trimmed my hair perfectly and my braided up-do really complimented my dress and face without looking either too formal or too childish. Also everyone seems to get along and enjoy their job. Apparently everyone has been there for at least 10 years, which I think is a great sign in an industry with so much turnover. The makeup application was good. She chose great colors that complimented both my skin and hair, and the dress which I had brought for reference (it had pink and blush colors in it). The brand of makeup was something I hadn't used before. It was fine on my skin and looked great but the eyeshadow ran within a few hours. Also they couldn't line my inner lower lid due to state hygiene rules. Not their fault I know but I prefer that look to the one you get when you line below the lash line. I feel like I could have made up my eyes with a slightly better look and definitely stuck that eyeshadow in place myself! Overall though a good experience and a good salon.
