Sale e Pepe

My wife and I recently had our wedding at Sal E Pepe, and we could not be happier with our decision. We chose the venue over a year before the big day, and we knew right away it was going to be amazing: beach wedding, beautiful terrace, fun ballroom, and upscale service. But on the wedding night, it was even better than I could have ever dreamed of (and I already dream pretty big!).
The ceremony was intimate, and once it's done, you walk back to the terrace to be greeted with sparkling water and lemonade before the cocktail hour starts. They have a ton of options. We went with the mini beef wellingtons, mini lobster rolls, tuna tartare on yam crisps, and bruschetta. Since we had a smaller wedding of 60 guests, we were able to max out on add-ons to meet the food and beverage minimum. We added an absolutely stunning, custom-carved ice sculpture display loaded with shrimp, oysters, and stone crab. For dessert and late-night, we had after-dinner burgers and pizza, tiramisu, lava cake, cannoli, and NY cheesecake. Everyone loved the food—the filet was the best I’ve ever had, and I actually work at a steakhouse.
The staff was spot-on with timing and hospitality. You can tell they’ve been together a while and truly understand the industry. The bartenders kept it fun, and we added in espresso martinis which kept the energy going all night.
Our vendor team was incredible across the board. DJ Dominick provided everything: a steel drummer for the ceremony, microphones, lighting inside and out, a photo booth, and DJ sets for both spaces. He read the room perfectly. Tonya Malay was our photographer and she knows the ins and outs of this venue perfectly. She kept everyone on track, which can be a lot on a wedding day. I haven’t seen our photos yet, but based on her portfolio and the spots we chose, I know they will turn out amazing. NaplesSilverLeaf made a beautiful arrangement of flowers for our ceremony arch, entrance, bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, and head table. Sassy Cakes made us a gorgeous cutting cake with a seashell and sand design, and BBJ La Tavola provided the perfect turquoise napkins from their massive selection.
The best part is that Mary Beth, Sal E Pepe’s wedding coordinator, provides a trusted vendor list to start you off. Mary Beth made planning so much fun and she is on top of every little detail. As long as you take it seriously, message vendors ahead of time, and get her what she needs in advance, she ensures everything runs smoothly. On the wedding day, she even noticed our flower girl had artificial flowers (which aren't allowed on the beach) and called me up so we could get it handled immediately.
Every single guest told us how absolutely amazing the venue was and how it was truly the perfect night. Plus, Marco Island is just a fun place to bring friends and family for a long weekend. Thank you so much to Sal E Pepe and the whole team!

Our guests were in awe of not only the venue, the look of the ceremony, and the phenomenal multi-course sit-down dinner… but the well-executed team of Sale e Pepe and how they were perfectly coordinated with all our vendors… taking every worry out of our hands. They worked perfectly in unison to pull off an amazing and creative event we will never forget. It was worth every penny. The entire team perfectly captured our vision for what we wanted the venue to look like... how we wanted things to flow… the incredible menu… and the experience we were all hoping for. Mary Beth, our Event Manager at Sale e Pepe, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We didn’t hire a wedding planner or day-of coordinator because Mary Beth truly had everything covered. She and the entire Sale e Pepe staff were professional, organized, and made the day feel effortless for us. She took our vision and brought it to life, and the ceremony and entire night went off without a hitch. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how perfect everything was. Mary Beth has clearly been doing this a long time, and it shows because she doesn’t miss a single detail. We can’t recommend her (and the team at Sale e Pepe) enough.

Sale e Pepe is literally a dream venue to have a wedding. When I told people I was getting married on Marco, they all assumed it was one of the hotels — but when they found out it was Sale e Pepe, people actually gasped and said how much they loved it there.

From the second we met Mary Beth, the events/wedding coordinator, and visited the restaurant, we knew this was a special place. She was so thorough, professional, and on top of every detail. You can tell she runs a tight ship, which is why their weddings get such amazing reviews. She’s also incredibly easy to communicate with and super helpful — she has a preferred vendor list that takes so much stress out of planning, especially since I was from out of town. We even experienced an issue with one of our vendors, and she helped us navigate it.

The entire wedding being outside was a dream. The ceremony on the beach, cocktail hour on the terrace, and the reception overlooking the water… you honestly can’t ask for anything more. The venue itself is stunning, and the staff is incredible. The way they come out and serve the food is something no one had ever seen before — our guests were raving about the service and saying they had no idea wedding food could taste that good. It’s truly just a delicious Italian meal.

This was honestly the best day of my life, and so much of that is because of the venue and because Mary Beth and her team made it all possible. I couldn’t recommend this venue more!

Sale e Pepe is THE venue to get married at on Marco Island. The food was and always is amazing, the staff was and always is beyond professional. I have to say though Mary Beth is who truly made this an exceptional experience. Unfortunately our florist forgot our event and had to throw something together last minute, but Mary Beth went above and beyond to make sure that the tables and venue looked so beautiful and special for us. I can not recommended her or Sale e Pepe enough to any bride looking for a breathtaking venue with five star food and service.

Marybeth was amazing with everything from start to finish, on the wedding planning process. The service she and her team provides is impecciable and every single guest raved over how amazing the food was. This to me is a top notch and a beautiful venue! I cannot reccommend enough!
