I cannot begin to express the gratitude my family and I have for Olivera and Stella and the staff at St. Sava. They represent the church and the business of their venue with such excellence. From our first meeting they took us in and treated us as family.  They went above and beyond to make sure our event was a success. We could not have had such a awesome event without Stella and Olivera. They were very sincere in the details of our event and was very accommodating.

The staff was very kind and served us with excellence.  The food was DELICIOUS and EVERYONE enjoyed it! During our event Stella, Olivera and the staff were very attentive to our needs. In particular my aunt who had just had a major surgery and did not think she would be able to stay the entire event. They found her a chair that was comfortable for her and she was able to stay the entire event. This is one of many ways they have accommodated us. I highly recommend Saint Sava Catering and Hall Rental Service!

Reception was held at St. Sava, which was not outright terrible. But things never seemed to gel as we had hoped, and there were seveal "bumps" throughout the planning that would make me hesitate to use their facility twice. Food was alright, guests really seemed to enjoy it, but I was disappointed. Service was not good, things that were needed were not expressed clearly enough and we ran into some problems. Night before planning was almost nixed, even though we were promised weeks in advance (and two days prior) that it was alright. And at the end of the night, about one half hour until leave time, staff sat at empty tables pouting that we were still there-very distracting and upsetting. The person in charge of everything was switched in the middle of my planning and this caused much of the confusion-newbie had no clue what to do. Tried to be patient, but there came a time when I had had it. Pros: got to bring home the leftovers, good size hall w/handicap accessability, lady in charge of catering is lovely.
