We had a great experience with Britta! She came to our home to take pictures of our 3 week old baby girl. Prior to her coming over she had asked us about any props/preferences we had. Since we'd never done this before we totally relied on her ideas/experience. She came with a handful of props and accessories, which enhanced the creative ideas she already had for our photo session.

We really appreciated her ability to use the natural lighting in our home, allowing us to take pictures in a familiar and comfortable environment. Her use of natural light created images that felt intimate and real. Her eye for using what was available in our home (background, lighting, etc) was impressive as she drew out settings that were natural for us.

When we got the finished photos back we were so pleased with the quality! We could tell she'd put a lot of effort into the editing to make them look just right. There were some photos in particular that were our favorite, where she'd focused clearly on our daughter's fingers, leaving the background blurry ... little touches that made for dramatic photos.

Our afternoon with Britta was a fun one. Her laid-back personality set us at ease quickly and her efficiency made the whole photo shoot go smoothly. She's creative, personal, and professional and we highly recommend her!
