The floral department manager's name was Jenny. I called the store about a month in advance and spoke to Jenny about making a bridal clutch bouquet for my fiancé. She was very helpful. We arrived in Kihei on a Sunday and went to Safeway to order the bouquet. Jenny wasn't there but Brittany was and asked to come back on Tuesday when they get their new flower order in. We came back on Tuesday and they had so many flowers to choose from. Jenny helped us pick out the arrangement and said it would be ready on the day of the wedding. We picked up the bouquet a few hours before ceremony. The bouquet was made of tropical flowers and very beautiful. Great service and price.

Had some order specification issues. I brought in a photo of a simple design and size. I asked for a 6 inch top and picked up a 4inch top. Mis-communication between employees. BUT, they gave me a full refund so I ended up getting a GREAT tasting wedding cake for free! Seriously, besides the mix-up, it was WONDERFUL!
