After purchasing all three rings here we left feeling very unsatisfied. My husband first bought my engagement ring here and the saleswoman he worked with was very nice. So he wanted to go back to buy our wedding bands. The older woman who helped us with our bands def knew her diamonds, but I felt very cheated when it came time to engrave our bands. After measuring my finger the band came back engraved and a size too big. She told me not to worry and that she would fix it after our ceremony. So of course I didn't think anything of it, and she never mentioned she would charge me for the engraving again. Long story short, she never said sorry and I ended up paying for the second engraving.
