He was amazing at guiding us through poses and made everything feel natural and easy, which helped us relax and actually enjoy the shoot. Ryan is the ultimate pro, but honestly that's the least of it. We hired Ryan for our wedding because of his stunning style, shooting weddings with an eye for the landscape and placing people perfectly in the frame. His editing style is vivid and vibrant, and his eye for color saturation brings the Eastern Sierra to life.

Ryan was incredibly easy to work with, able to jump on the included engagement session on little notice. Throughout the ceremony and reception he was both everywhere and invisible, somehow managing to capture every angle and individual guest in such unique and lively frames. His turnaround times were remarkably quick and his photo-sharing platform is extremely easy to use.

We were glad to have paid for the full 8 hours, having all the getting ready photos and maximum time on the dance floor was totally worth it.

We have nothing but great things to say about Ryan. We got married at Convict Lake (Shale Beach) in May and battled changing weather, logistical challenges, and a tight timeline. First, he joined us on the mountain for a snowboarding session—spending two hours capturing us completely in our element with the most breathtaking mountain backdrops. Then on the morning of our wedding, he met us at sunrise for an offsite shoot across multiple scenic locations. Those photos turned out absolutely magical. And on the day of the wedding, he flawlessly captured every important moment—from beautiful candid shots to portraits of us and our guests.

We decided to elope in Tuolumne Meadows, and while searching for photographers in the area, we found Ryan’s website. We knew right away that he was the perfect choice to document our special day.

From the very first email and call, Ryan impressed us with his humility, talent, and deep knowledge of the area we had chosen. On the day of our wedding, he arrived on time and took us to the most stunning spots around the Tuolumne Meadows Lodge, where we were staying. He helped us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera and was incredibly patient when it took longer than expected for our family (six people, most of them over 70) to get ready for the hike to our elopement location.

The next day, we received an email with nearly 300 beautifully edited photos. Every single person we've shown them to has been amazed by Ryan's talent, and we couldn’t agree more! Our photos perfectly captured the magic of our day, and we are so grateful for Ryan’s gift as a photographer.
