We loved having Rob and his assistant capturing our day, they were both easy to work with and professional. Throughout the planning process and after the wedding Rob was extremely efficient in getting back to me and answering my questions. This review is long overdue since I am writing it 2 days before our 1 year anniversary, but better late than never!

We found Rob less than 2 months before our wedding. We had a pretty tight budget, but had "Cadillac" dreams for how we wanted our video to look. After searching on craigslist and getting offers from well meaning friends (and being less than impressed), we stumbled upon Rob. His portfolio looked great, and while his prices were slightly above our budget, the quality he was offering made his package a great value.

On the big day, Rob and his partner were great. They were easy going and got all of the shots of the bride and groom getting ready, the ceremony, and the reception despite the wedding party running behind schedule.

Even though Rob was great on the day of, the best part about working with him was the final result. Our wedding videos are of such high quality. We have the ceremony, the speeches, interviews with the maid of honor and best men, and highlight videos set to music. He even threw in an extra highlight video of our vintage 1933 Packard (looks like a commercial for the lifestyles of the rich and famous-lol). Rob was amazing and flexible - even when we came back to him with editing requests, he accommodated us in a timely manner. In the end, he captured the excitement of that night perfectly and we are SO glad we found him. I would hands down recommend him. He was so great to work with.

Rob was fantastic! He was able to capture my special day from the very beginning to the end. He worked endlessly on trying to make sure we got the shots we wanted and was always so positive, professional and enthusiastic. As a result, my wedding video was everthing I wanted and more. My husband and I are very pleased and feel like it is the perfect video to show all of the highlights that we had during our wedding. We would highly recommend Rob to anyone!

We absolutely loved working with Rob! He was available to talk anytime we needed him before the wedding and even after. He definitely did all he could and more to create an amazing product for us. We have gotten so many compliments on our wedding trailer and are absolutely in love with everything we received from Ruscher Visuals. Rob was such a friendly, responsive and professional person to work with. Rob and his assistant made us feel that not only were they going to take care of capturing our wedding beautifully, that they were actually EXCITED to spend the day with us. Robert was amazing. He worked well and got great video without being in the way at all. He is kind and funny and instantly puts you at ease as soon as you speak with him the first time! I am thrilled and honored to say he covered our wedding!!

We hired Rob for our daughter's wedding after viewing some of his wedding highlight videos. We were very impressed and were not let down. He spent the entire day with us, starting at the hotel at noon and ending at the reception after 11 pm. We received a video of the entire day from start to finish. The highlight video was more than we had hoped for. His staff is very professional and listened to us in order to create a wonderful, lasting memory of the special day. We were so pleased with his work that we have recommended him to many friends and have recently booked him to create another masterpiece for our son's upcoming wedding. I can't say enough about him!
