Rupa does wonderful work! She did the alterations on my gown and made my sister's flower girl dress - and both were absolutely perfect. All of the pageant girls swear by Rupa's work, and I never even considered bringing my dress elsewhere. She does a great job with making the alterations flatter a girl's body.
