I used RSTQ Transportation for my wedding, and they were great! Their coaches and party bus were exactly what we were looking for. Their team was responsive and easy to work with throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, the shuttles showed up on time, making everything run smoothly.

We worked with RSTQ for our rehearsal dinner transportation. They were very easy to work with and very responsive via email. We had multiple schedule changes due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, which they were more than happy to accommodate. We ended up renting their Executive Shuttle for 28 and it was perfect. The driver was very helpful in informing us how to play music and was right on time when picking us up! Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

We used RSTQ Transportation for our wedding to transport wedding party and family to our venue and also for our after-hour party. We used the 26 passenger party bus which was beautiful and well stocked with bottled water and champagne glasses. Booking with them was a breeze and they communicated every step of the process, letting us know when the driver was en route, etc. Our driver was prompt, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend!

I would definitely book with RSTQ again. They are very professional. On the day of our wedding, the limo that we had originally booked had a maintenance issue, so they contacted us immediately to let us know that they will send an upgraded model for our wedding party. Not only that, but our driver Joel was awesome. He had to make 3 back and forth trips which was a 40 minute drive each way and he was on time, safe in his driving, and very helpful. My bridesmaids and I were the first pick up and he was patient while we were bringing everything from my hotel room down to the car. He was helping pack the car and carried bags. Even once we got to the venue, he made sure we were settled before he left. Even though we did not get the car we had originally planned for, I appreciate them taking quick action especially since they could not get a hold of us right away and the overall professionalism and friendliness of the driver definitely goes a long way. Thank you for not having a stressed out bride on her wedding day.

I used RSTQ transportation for the shuttle for the wedding party (limo) and the shuttle for the guests (bus) to and from the hotel, church, and reception - all of which were in 3 different locations. Everyone at RSTQ was super responsive and helpful via email and phone. The drivers were courteous and helpful and professional. They all arrived on time even though it was pouring on our wedding day! The limo that we used for the wedding party was clean. I would definitely recommend RSTQ for all your transportation needs!

RSTQ was easy to work with; however, there were several issues which we felt jeopardized the safety of our family or caused them to think their safety was jeopardized, which we heard about throughout the course of the wedding. We hired RSTQ for our wedding in October 2022, which included a minibus to drive the bridal party around the day of the rehearsal, and two larger buses to drive passengers back and forth from the hotel to the venue in Loudoun County.

During the day of the rehearsal, the bus driver we hired for my wife's family claimed he was running out of gas on the way back to their AirBNB, and scared them when he implied he didn't think he could make it back and begin looking for gas. The driver also also made comments about not being paid which made my in-laws unsure of what the driver wanted or needed. Although they made it back, they were weirded out by the experience.

Then, during the wedding, the guests told us how scared they were when the buses had trouble going around a hairpin turn on side of a mountain. The passengers also expressed concern that the air brakes might have malfunctioned. As we went around to greet our wedding guests, we consistently heard how scared they were and what a terrible experience it had been. This was an error of the bus company because they did not properly navigate to the venue. The actual route had no hairpin curve and they missed the turn to our venue.

The last story was the most egregious. On the way back from the wedding, one family member, who is a commercial truck driver, noticed the bus was drifting and doing over 80 miles per hour, which is reckless driving in Virginia. Other passengers commented the driver's GPS was broken and he was holding his phone to navigate. My family member went up to the front of the bus to council the driver that he was holding our families' lives in the bus, and to slow down. The only positive thing we heard about RSTQ from those who rode on their transport was that it was a good story to tell. Lastly, although the 50 passenger bus on the website looked new and shiny, they sent us a junker that looked like it has seen better days.

We found RSTQ because the rates were reasonable and they were highly rated in Yelp, yet in retrospect we wish we had gone with another company.
